MOTION DECOY DIRECTIONS:
1. Assembly: When attaching wings, be sure curve of wing strut is facing forward in direction bird would be flying. [FIG A] Install wing strut in bird trough wing slot in body. Square rod inserts into square hole in wing cam. [FIG B]
2. Secure wing to body by hooking shock cord hooks in small holes located on the birds back. [FIG. C]. Pull fabric down to cover the wing strut. 3. In the field: Install stake in ground at slight angle listing downwind. This will help to keep bird flying into the wind. In severe wind, loop elastic cord (located in breast of bird) over the 90-degree bend in the stake. B 4. Hook up power cord by two-way connector. Connect to power source with positive and negative battery clamps. A DIRECTIONS FOR REMOTE SYSTEM:
Note: Transmitter and receiver will come already synced. If receiver loses connection with transmitter, follow these steps to sync the two again. 1. Remove foam belly plug from the bird. The receiver is adhered to the foam. 2. Remove lid from receiver box. 3. In corner of receiver, locate the small button with LED light next to it. [FIG. D]
4. While connected to power source, press and hold button for 2 seconds then release. LED will begin to flash. Press and release the ON button on the transmitter (remote). LED will flash 5 times when successfully synced. This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions:
