Or scan the QR code to download the app. Smart Life (iOS System) Smart Life (Android System) How to Connect the Feeder to the App:
1. Turn on the Bluetooth and Wi-Fi on your phone, ensuring that the Wi-Fi (2.4 GHz) is connected and the network is functioning properly. 2. Connect the feeder to a power source, then press and hold the power button for about 3 seconds until the machine beeps and the green light starts blinking rapidly. (The feeder must be connected to a power source, otherwise, it cannot be paired.) 3. Open the "Smart Life" app. How to Manually Feed:
As shown in the left image, press "Feed" at this time, and it will dispense 12 portions of food (approximately 10 grams per portion). The maximum amount dispensed at one time is 12 portions. Choose the time and number of portions for dispensing the food, then simply save the settings. How to Use the Suction Cup:
Wipe the surface where the suction cup will be attached and the suction cup itself with a damp cloth. Dry the surface and the suction cup with a dry towel or paper towel. Stick the double-sided adhesive about 1 centimeter from the center of the suction cup, towards the edge. Attach the suction cup to the surface, pressing down around the edges. Place the machine on top of the suction cup. If you're unsure, you can watch a video or ask customer service for assistance. Precautions:
1. The feeder must be plugged into a power source for remote control via the smartphone. If not plugged in, and running purely on battery mode, it will dispense food automatically according to the pre-set schedule. If it dispenses food as scheduled, it will be shown in the feeding record. If there is no record, it means no food was dispensed at the scheduled time. This way, you can know whether the machine is dispensing food properly when you're away. If the machine experiences a blockage, the app interface will display "Dispensing Port Blocked" until the next successful dispensing. This allows you to monitor the machine's functionality remotely. If the suction cup isn't strong enough, please ensure the surface is smooth. Clean the suction cup and the surface with a damp cloth and follow the video instructions again. 2. 3. 4. 5. After the machine is plugged in and paired successfully, the indicator light will stay red. When the built-in battery is fully charged, the green light will blink slowly. 6. The machine automatically powers on when plugged in. It cannot be turned off while plugged in. To turn it off, unplug the charger and press the power button twice quickly. A
"beep-beep" sound indicates successful shutdown. To turn it on again, press the power button lightly. 7. When not plugged in, if you remove and then re-insert the battery, the machine will need to be re-paired for the scheduled feeding plan to function. 8. Upon plugging in, the machine will start charging, indicated by a constant red light. When fully charged, the green light will blink. In pure battery mode, when the battery is low, the red light will blink rapidly. 9.
