Player Screen protector USB Type-C cable User Manual Warranty card Leather case Power Power on When powered off, long press Power/lock Screen to turn on the device. When powered on, short press Power/lock Screen to activate or turn off the screen. Advice: when you play music long time, please turn off the screen to improve this player's endurance performance. Power off 1) The player is turned on and the screen is lighted, long press Power/lock Screen. And it will turn off. 2) The player is turned on and the screen is out, firstly press Power/lock Screen to activate the screen. Then long press Power/lock Screen, you can turn off the device. Recharge This device will recharge automatically when connect to 5V power adapter. The lithium battery capacity of this machine is about 19.5Wh, and the normal charging time is about 4 hours Playing while chargingThe externally connected power adapter can supply power to the device while charging the Lithium battery. Therefore, you can choose to play music when charging the Lithium battery, which has no influence on the charging performance. Install the TF card Inserting the SD card Insert the TF card into the slot according to the shell logo direction, push to hear "beep" sound and release. Then the SD Card is installed. Pull off the SD card Gently push the SD card bottom to hear "Di" sound, then slowly let go. You can see SD Card pops up about 3mm. then you can directly take the card. Notes 1)The device if self hasn't memory capacity. 2) Theoretically, the device can support TF card with 2T capacity maximum. Using headphones/Volume adjustment The device has USB Type-C transport port. A 3.5mm /4.4 mm plug-in headphone is applicable to the device. Please insert the Headphones into the <PHONE> jack on the top. In case of pulling out headphones during play, the device will automatically pause playing. As shown in above figure, rotate the volume knob to adjust the volume of headphones. In default settings: rotate clockwise the volume knob to increase the volume; rotate anticlockwise to reduce the volume. To protect your hearing, please make sure the volume is below 30 when using headphones to listen music. Notes Since no built-in speakers available in this device, music can only be listened through headphones. File Transmission The device is equipped with USB 3.0 transmission port, which supports high-speed transmission. 1. Open MAC or PC, meanwhile turn on the device. 2. Connect the device to computer using the attached USB 3.0 cables. 3. The USB connecting modes are Recharge and Storage. Then choose Storage mode. 4. Copy the files to the pop-up Removable Disk. 5. After transmission, please click the icon in the taskbar, to disconnect the connection between the device and computer. 6. Pull off the USB cable. Wireless connectivity PAW Gold Touch supports wireless connectivity function: Bluetooth and WiFi. Bluetooth PAW Gold Touch connects new Bluetooth devices (such as Bluetooth headphone and Bluetooth speaker box), it need to be paired with Bluetooth devices. 1) Click on Bluetooth on the Drop-down menus of home screen;
2) In Bluetooth settings, the device will search automatically and display some accessible Bluetooth devices ;
3) Click on and connect the corresponding device. The connected device will be displayed in the paired device bar. WiFi PAW Gold Touch can support to connect WiFi hotshot. The detailed procedures are:
1) Click on WiFi on the Drop-down menus of home screen;
2) In WiFi settings, the device will search automatically and display some accessible WiFi connections;

Play music In the playing interface on the bottom of home screen, click on < > to play music. Pause In the play interface, click on < > during playing to pause music playing; in pause status, re-click on < > to continue playing. Previous & Next In the play interface, click on < > or < > under play or stop status to switch to previous or next music. Playing progress bar Drag left or right in the progress bar area, you can quickly adjust the playback progress. Switching Screen Information In the playing interface, slide the page to left or right to switch screen information. Album cover In the home screen interface, click on the current song to display the album cover. Songs Slide the page to the left to display information on frequency spectrum: Songs name, Artist, Album, Format, Samplerate, Bits, Size and Location. Lyric Slide the page to the left to display the lyric information. Frequency spectrum Slide the page to the left to display the Frequency spectrum information. File Browser Click on the Folders on the home screen to enter File Browser, in order to visit and manage music files on the SD card. View music file Click on folders list, slide the screen page in up or down to view music files. Return to previous menu Click on < > to return to the previous menu. Delete music files Slide the song from right to left to display the delete option. Click Delete to delete the file permanently. Play all files in the folder Enter the folder you want to play, click on Play all. Add music or whole folder to playlist Slide the music file or the whole folder from right to left, select Add to Playlist Notes:
File browser can only display audio files which are identifiable, rather than other types of file. Play List The device has My favouriteRecent playlistAll songs editable play lists to display all music files. My favorite You can add your favorite songs to My favourite. Recent playlist You can select files to add it to Recent playlist. All songs Display all songs in SD card in All songs. Delete playlist Slide the playlist from right to left to display the delete option. Click Delete to delete the playlist permanently. Songs sorting Click on Sorting button on the top right corner of screen, you can sort songs by quality and name. Notes:
All music files in the database are displayed in ALL.In case of updating files in SD card, please timely update database to ensure that the files in ALLcomply with actual situation. Firmware Update 1. Maintain sufficient battery volume of the device. System upgrade is unfeasible if the battery volume is less than 20%. Please replenish the battery volume before upgrading. 2. Download PAWGAPP.COE firmware Log on the website www.lotoo.cn to access the download page. Download PAWGAPP.COE and save it in the computer. 3. Copy the firmware to the root directory of the SD card Connect the device to the computer via USB wire. Copy the downloaded firmware to the root directory of pop-up removable disk. 4. Upgrade firmware Enter Settings, click [SETUP> System Settings> Firmware Upgrade]. Wait for the completion of system upgrade. The following procedures are:

Troubleshooting In case of the following failures, you can try to resolve them by yourself. If any problem fails to be solved, please contact the after-sales service department. Failure to boot Low battery volume makes boot unavailable. Please charge the battery and retry. No sound from headphones The volume knob is set to the minimum. Adjust the headphone volume. The headphones have been damaged or in poor contact. Please replace the headphones The level of music files is low. Files in SD card fail to be identified by the device This device can only identify the playable music types; some music files are formats unsupported by the device, thus they cannot be identified. Music files have been damaged. File name without extension Multiple music files without extensions may turn up after the parsing of certain cue files. Playlist file plays error Update the database after updating the music files in SD card; otherwise, the removed files in the playlist may result in playing errors. Prompting formatting after SD card inserted SD card format does not meet the requirements of play, formatting is required.
