DCH-T160A 1 ENGLISH SETUP EXAMPLE The DCH-T160A Bluetooth Water Sensor allows you to be notified of the presence of water so you can stop flooding from getting out of hand from wherever you are. The following diagram shows how you can set up your Smart Home for use with the DCH-T160A. Launch the app and log into your Afero account. New users: Tap CREATE ACCOUNT to register for a new Afero account. Existing users: Tap SIGN IN to log in with your Afero email and password. Step 3:
After signing in, tap the Device, and follow the instructions. icon in the top-left corner, then tap Add When you are asked to scan a QR code, use the code on the label attached to your device, or on the Quick Install Card in your package. Remove the DCH-T160A from your Afero account, it will change your settings back to the default settings. 2. WHY CAN'T I CONNECT MY DCH-T160A TO MY AFERO ACCOUNT?
The DCH-G601W Wi-Fi Bluetooth Hub connected to a wireliss router with an internet connection or the DCH-G601 LTE Bluetooth Hub with mobile data service is required. Please unsure that the hub is connected to the internet and properly set up with your Afero account. 3. WHAT APP DOES THE DCH-T160A WORK WITH?
The DCH-T160A works with the Afero app. You may download the free app from the App Store (for Apple devices) or Google Play (for Android devices). Type Afero to search for the app. 3. HOW DOES THE DCH-T160A WORK WHILE I AM AWAY FROM HOME?
Remote access of the DCH-T160A is enabled once you have connected it to your hub by registering it with your Afero account. You will be able to control it from anywhere using your iPhone, iPad or Android device.
