@ Battery compartment Battery requirement 4x AA alkaline batteries for vehicle. 1X 9V battery for controller. Batteries are not included in this package. Assembly instructions IMPORTANT:
Controller 1. Slide ON/OFF switch to OFF. A 2. Grasp the tab of the battery compartment cover and lift the cover up. A@
3. Put the 9V battery in the compartment according to the polarity symbols
(+ and -) marked inside. A@
4. Replace the battery compartment cover. Vehicle 1. Make sure the ON/OFF switch on the vehicle is turned to the OFF position.(B) 2. Take out battery compartment. 3. Install 4 AA alkaline batteries into the battery compartment according to the polarity symbols (+and-) marked inside. Insert the battery compartment into the original position. Have the batteries been inserted correctly?
Are the battery contacts bent or dirty?
Are the batteries exhausted or faulty?
f the vehicle does not react correctly:
Are the batteries weak?
. Have the vehicle s wheels picked up lint, hair, threads or dust? Carefully remove such materials from the wheel bearings. Are there other radio controlled vehicles being used in the same area, perhaps using the same frequency?

. You cannot operate 2 vehicles in the same area when they both have the same operating frequency. The vehicle s range varies depending on surroundings and operation. For maximum battery life rest the vehicle after 15 minutes of continuous operation. A rest period of 30 minutes is recommended. Do not drive the vehicle on sand, mud, snow or through puddles, or use outside if raining. Do not store vehicle or controller near sources of heat or in direct sunlight for long periods. Do not leave outside overnight as night dampness is harmful to interior mechanism. If there is any indication of thunder, do not play outside. Do not attempt to pick up the vehicle when in motion. Keep fingers, hair and loose clothing away from the tyres and wheel hub when the vehicle is switched on. Vehicle can sometimes cause interference with television or radio reception. Move to another area if this happens. Remove batteries from vehicle and controller when not in use. Do not drop or attempt to crash the vehicle into walls or other obstacles. Do not try to disassemble any part of the vehicle. Do not use any type of chemical for cleaning purposes as the vehicle body could be damaged. It is recommended that this toy and all accessories be periodically examined for potential hazards, and that any potentially hazardous parts be repaired or replaced. IF THIS TOY IS BEING OPERATED IN THE PRESENCE OF CHILDREN UNDER 8 YEARS OF AGE , ADULT SUPERVISION IS RECOMMENDED. 17.
