1	Grant Comments	The power output listed is the manufacturers Max EIRP. This transmitter must only be operated in the grantee's RBS systems. This device is limited to outdoor operations. This transmitter supports single and multi-carrier operation in LTE mode. The internal antenna used for this transmitter must be installed to provide a separation distance of at least 150 cm from the General Public (uncontrolled exposure) or 70 cm from an Occupational Worker (controlled exposure). Grantee is responsible to ensure the individual devices in the final hosts compliance with 96.41(B) EIRP limits for Category B CBSD. End-users and installers must be provided with antenna installation instructions and transmitter operating conditions for satisfying RF exposure compliance. External antenna(s) used for this transmitter must be fixed mounted on outdoor permanent structures. RF exposure compliance for these external antennas is addressed at the time of licensing, as required by the responsible FCC Bureau(s), including antenna co-locating requirements of 1.1307 (b)(3).
