For use with external antenna option(s) in mobile RF exposure conditions, the antenna used for this transmitter must be installed to provide a separation distance of at least 20 cm from all persons. The antenna installation and operating configurations of this transmitter, including antenna gain and cable loss, must satisfy the MPE categorical exclusion requirements of 2.1091. For use in portable RF exposure conditions, device was tested for SAR compliance for use in notebook computers with connector configurations and accessories as described in filing(s) under this FCC ID, and can be used with notebook computers with substantially similar physical dimensions, construction, and electrical and RF characteristics. A specific instruction label, as accepted in filing(s) under this FCC ID, must be displayed on the device to inform users about the operating requirements for satisfying SAR compliance. Use of other accessories may not ensure compliance with RF exposure guidelines. Compliance of this device in all final host configurations is the responsibility of the Grantee.
