Modular Approval for use as a module in mobile-only exposure conditions. Maximum conducted output power is as listed in the test report for this filing. Combined external antenna gain and cable loss must not exceed 6.8 dBi for the Cellular band and 8.5 dBi for the PCS band of operation. This device is allowed only for OEM integration into host products. Consumer or end-user installation is not allowed. The antenna(s) used for this transmitter must be installed to provide a separation distance of at least 20 cm from all persons. The antenna(s) used for this transmitter must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter within a host device, except in accordance with FCC multi-transmitter product guidelines. Compliance of this device in all final host configurations is the responsibility of the Grantee. End-users must be provided with specific information required to satisfy RF exposure compliance for final host devices and installations.
