OEM Integrator Regulations Host Requirements Version 1.0 The Novatel Wireless MC760 has been evaluated and granted approval as a modular device for mobile applications under the FCC rules. Accordingly the USB modem can be integrated into a host device without additional regulatory evaluation provided the following conditions are met. If the final configuration does not satisfy this list then additional FCC and IC approvals must be considered. 1.
