Only the following items need to be addressed. Please email me if you have questions. Q1: Please provide an external photos exhibit. Q2: In the test report, please re-calculate the channel dwell time. The channel dwell time should be the total time that any single channel is occupied in 31.6 sec. (79 * 0.4 =31.6). An example will be sent by separate email. Q3: From the information in this test report, and because the operating frequency emission is very low, it can be seen that the radiated emissions requirements at the restricted band-edges (2390 and 2483.5 MHz) are met. Please remember that in addition to the -20 dB requirement of 15.247(d) "radiated emissions which fall in the restricted bands, as defined in 15.205(a), must also comply with the radiated emission limits specified in 15.209(a) (see 15.205(c))." No corrective action or response to this item is required but please remember for future tests. Best regards, Tim Dwyer CCS Technical Reviewer The items indicated above must be submitted before processing can continue on the above referenced application. Failure to provide the requested information within 30 days of the original e-mail date may result in application dismissal and forfeiture of the filing fee.
