There for we request the above mentioned statement be allowed to be in the manual, due to size and not able to add a sticker, based on the 2.935/2.936 rule part. (d) It would be helpful if you include the size of the device when requesting the compliance statement from Section 15.19(a)(3) of the FCC Rules to be allowed in the user manual instead of on the actual device. Answer:
The dimensions of the Convexs 80 x 80 x 32 mm, so there would room enough to place the warning label on the front of the product but this is not very practicable with respect to the visibility and design. As an alternative we would put it on the side or the bottom of the product but then the warning would probably not readable anymore. There for the request was to put it the manual and the install sheet. As mentioned already the install sheet is delivered with package of the product.
