Approval is limited to OEM installation only. The antenna(s) used for this transmitter must be installed to provide a separation distance of at least 20 cm from all persons. This device is to be used in mobile or fixed applications only. For the specific configurations in this filing the internal antenna and external gain, including cable loss, must not exceed the values described in the RF Exposure report for satisfying RF exposure compliance. Under no conditions may an antenna gain be used that would exceed the ERP and EIRP power limits as specified in Part 22H and 24E. The measured peak ERP values are: 29.65dBm for GSM 850, 20.89dBm for FDD V, 20.80 for LTE Band 5 and 20.66dBm for LTE Band 17. This device has 5 MHz and 10 MHz bandwidth modes for LTE Bands 17 (700 MHz); 1.4 MHz, 3 MHz, 5 MHz and 10 MHz bandwidth modes for LTE Band 5 (850 MHz); 1.4 MHz, 3 MHz, 5 MHz, 10 MHz, 15 MHz and 20 MHz bandwidth modes for LTE Bands 2 and 4 (1900 and 1700 MHz). LTE listings are for the highest power and widest bandwidth in each band for QPSK and QAM modulations.
