The maximum radiated power tested for the integral antenna and the optional external antenna described in this filing is 0.794 W ERP for Part 22 and 0.832 W EIRP for Part 24. For use in mobile exposure conditions, the antenna(s) used for this transmitter must be installed to provide a separation distance of at least 20 cm from all persons, and for optional antenna(s) not described in this filing maximum antenna gain including cable loss must not exceed 5.2 dBi in the 850 MHz Cellular band and 3.75 dBi in the PCS 1900 MHz band, for purposes of 2.1043, 2.1091, 24-E. For use in portable exposure conditions, this device with specific integral antenna has been tested for SAR compliance in notebook computer with side CardBus and ExpressCard slot configurations as described in this filing, and can be used in notebook computers with substantially similar physical dimensions, construction, and electrical and RF characteristics. Compliance of this device in all final host configurations is the responsibility of the Grantee. The antenna(s) used for this transmitter must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter within a host device, except in accordance with FCC multi-transmitter product guidelines. OEM assemblers and end-users must be provided with specific information required to satisfy RF exposure compliance for all final host devices and installations.
