Honeywell International Inc. 9680 Old Bailes Road Fort Mill, SC 29707, USA to act on our behalf, as our agent, in FCC and ISED Permissive Change applications relating to the co-

location of Intermecs Model: IM11 RFID radio module (FCC ID: EHA-IM11 and IC: 1223A-IM11) and our BlueGiga-branded WT12 Bluetooth radio module (FCC ID: QOQWT12 and IC: 5123A-BGTWT12A) that are contained within Intermec Model: IP30C Handheld RFID Reader with radios contained within Honeywells CN80 mobile computer Model: CN80L0N (FCC ID: HD5-CN80L0N and IC: 1693B-CN80L0N). This agent authorization includes report submittal, related correspondence, the signing of all documents relating to the Permissive Changes, and any other lawful activity necessary to obtain the equipment authorization. Any and all acts carried out by our authorized agent within the scope of this authorization shall have the same effect as acts of our own. For instances where our authorized agent submits and signs the applications on our behalf, we acknowledge that all responsibility for complying with the relevant terms and conditions still resides with us. We also hereby certify that neither we nor any party to this application, as defined in 47 CFR 1.2002 (b), is subject to denial of U.S. federal benefits, that includes FCC benefits, pursuant to Section 5301 of the Anti-

Drug Abuse Act of 1988, 21 U.S.C. 862, because of a conviction for possession or distribution of a controlled substance. This authorization expires six months from the date of issue.
