• Emergency Calls
Emergency call: Press the “Phone” icon and select the type of emergency (Medical, Police or Fire). Press
the “Call” button to confirm the call and initiate the call. This process has multiple steps in order to limit the risk
of accidentally sending a false alarm signal to the Central Monitoring Station.
To cancel an emergency call: Press “Cancel” and enter your pass-code. This will send a signal notifying
the Central Monitoring Station that the emergency was can-celled. A Central Monitoring Station operator may
still call depending on how quickly the emergency was can-celled.

Warning and Warranty
1 The device has two kinds of power supply: power adapter and lithium battery. When the device
is powered off, you can not make it power on with lithium battery. You must connect the power
adapter to turn on the device normally. The adapter is the main power supply, and lithium
battery is only standby.
Do not remove the battery from the panel under any circumstances.
Do not delete the SIM card’s content under any circumstances.
If you are on android system desktop, please find the "XP02" icon and click on it to enter our
software application interface.
Do not allow children to handle electronic devices without supervision.
Only charge the device with the mains adapter supplied!
Check the device and the main adapter with power cable for visible damage. If the device,

the main adapter or its cable are damaged, disconnect the main adapter from the main power
immediately. Ask a qualified specialist to check the product before you use it again.
