Connect the battery connectors together and insert the Rechargeable LiPo Battery Pack (included) into the Battery Compartment. 4. Replace the Battery Compartment Cover and tighten screw using the screwdriver. Do not over-tighten. REPLACING BATTERIES IN THE CONTROLLER A B 1. Ensure that the positive and negative polarities match the illustration inside the Battery Cartridge. 1 3 1 page 2 BATTERY INFORMATION CHARGING THE LiPo BATTERY PACK 2 1. Plug the charging cable into a powered USB outlet such as a PC or mobile phone charger. The LED will glow GREEN when connected to a USB outlet. 2. Plug the battery connector into the connector on the charging cable. The LED on the charging cable will glow RED to indicate charging in progress. 1 3 3. When the LiPo battery is fully charged, the charging cable LED will glow GREEN. Charging time for a fully discharged battery is approximately 60 minutes. BATTERY SAFETY PRECAUTIONS In extremely rare circumstances, there may be a risk of a battery leaking fluids that can cause a chemical burn injury or ruin your product. To avoid battery leakage:
Non-rechargeable batteries are NOT to be recharged. Rechargeable LiPo batteries are to be removed from the product before charging. Rechargeable LiPo batteries are only to be charged under adult supervision. You MUST charge the LiPo battery in a safe area away from any flammable materials. NEVER charge the battery unattended at any time. When charging the battery, remain in constant observation of the battery to monitor the process and react immediately to any potential problems. DO NOT expose batteries to extreme heat or fire, batteries may leak or explode. DO NOT short-circut the supply terminals. DO NOT drop or subject to strong impact. DO NOT allow the battery to get wet. Power Button Place the hexagonal Steering Column (located on the underside of the Steering Wheel) against the hexagonal hole on the right side of the Controller and slowly rotate. Note: The FPV Headset is designed for devices between 4.7 - 6.2. WEARING THE FPV HEADSET 2 3 4 G. 1. Connect REAL RACER to your device, launch the REAL RACER App and activate the HEADSET Mode. 2. Open the Phone Compartment on your headset and insert your phone with the screen facing the optical lens. Close the compartment and make sure that it is securely locked. 3. Wear the headset and adjust straps to make sure it fits your head securely and comfortably. 4. Adjust the optical lens until you see clearly. The Optical Distance Dial on top adjusts optical spacing and the Focal Adjustment Dials on both sides adjust focus. 5. You are now in the drivers seat. Pick up the Controller and you are ready to race!

1. Go to the Settings menu of your smartphone, open the Wi-Fi settings, then select KOBOTIX_XXXXX from the list of available networks. 2. Enter the default password 12345678 then press join. You can change this password in the settings menu of the REAL RACER App. 3. Launch the REAL RACER App and follow the on-screen instructions. SAFETY PRECAUTIONS:
Keep hands, hair and loose clothing away from the wheels when power switch is turned ON. Keep all chemicals, small parts and anything electrical out of the reach of children. Keep moving parts clean. Keep parts dry. Always let parts cool after use before touching. Turn off controller and vehicle when not in use. Remove battery(s) from controller when not in use. Parental guidance is recommended. Users should keep strict accordance with the instruction manual while operating the product. The product must only be used with the recommended controller. BATTERY SAFETY INFORMATION:
New alkaline batteries are recommended for use in controller. Do not mix old and new batteries, different types of batteries [standard (Carbon-Zinc), Alkaline or rechargeable] or rechargeable batteries of different capacities. Replacement of batteries must be done by adults. Follow the polarity (+/-) diagram in the battery compartment. Remove exhausted batteries from the toy. Dispose of used batteries properly. DO NOT incinerate used batteries. DO NOT dispose of batteries in fire, as batteries may explode or leak. DO NOT recharge non-rechargeable batteries. DO NOT short-circuit the supply terminals. Remove batteries from the toy when it is not being used for a long period of time. OVERHEATING:
The product may start to overheat if operating under extreme temperature conditions for a period of time. The product will automatically turn OFF if an overheated condition is detected.
