Approval is limited to OEM installation only. The antenna(s) used for this transmitter must be installed to provide a separation distance of at least 20 cm from all persons. This device is to be used in mobile or fixed applications only as specified in this filing. For the specific configurations in this filing the internal antenna and external gain, including cable loss, must not exceed the values described in the RF Exposure report for satisfying RF exposure compliance. Under no conditions may an antenna gain be used that would exceed the ERP and EIRP power limits as specified in Part 22H, 24E and 27.
This device is limited to 3.8V DC supply only. The final product operating with this transmitter must include operating instructions and antenna installation instructions for end-users and installers to satisfy RF exposure compliance requirements.
