Aligntheshapeofthefirstgelpadwiththeelectrodearea.Applythegelpadontothe electrodeareaandfirmlypressacrosstheentiresurfacetoensuregoodadhesion. 6. Repeatsteps35forthesecondgelpad. HOW DOES IT WORK Tenstreatmentworksintwoways.Itstimulatesnervesthatnormallycarriespainsignalsthus blockingthese(closingthepaingate).Italsoreleasesendorphinsasiffromexercise, endorphinsisthebody`snaturalpainkillers. PresstheOn/Offbuttononthemainunit.TheLEDwillflashgreenfor10secondsindicating thedeviceisreadyforuse. 4.
