4 Charging status of the headphones Manual Power O 2 Manual Power On In the condition of no charging case, long press and hold the touch area about 3 seconds to power on .Then the L earbud will quickly connect to the R earbud, the blue indicator of the L earbud will ash slowly, and the R earbud enters the pairing mode, the red and blue indicators will ash alternately. 3 Reset When the earphones are turned o (if the earphones are turned on, please turn o the earphones refer to page 11 of the manual), press and hold the touch area for about 10 seconds. Be sure to release when the red light is on, and the earphone will be reset. After the headphones are placed in the charging box, it will be automatically turned on after being taken out again, waiting for the headphones to be interconnected, and then connect with the mobile phone. Why one of headphones cannot deliver sound?
Please kindly note that L earbud cannot be used individually, it is required to take L/R earbuds out from the charging case at the same time, and make sure the L earbud is connected to the R earbud (There is a voice prompt TWS Connected). Please check whether the ear tips of your headphones are installed well or not, whether the headphones put well in the case, or whether the metal stylus of charging case touch to your headphones well or not (your headphones will be powered o once the metal stylus connection normal). Why my headphones cannot be charged when I put it back to charging case?
Please clean the metal stylus of your headphones and charging case, and make sure your headphones connect to charging case well (The red indicator will be on when the headphones are under charging, the red indicator will be o once they are fully charged). Why the standby time is dierent of my L/R headphones?
Your R earbud work as master headphone to connect to your Bluetooth device, it will spend power quicker than your L earbud, it is normal phenomenon. Why there is only one headphones indicator light on when I put both of them in charging case?
It is dierent from two headphones spending power, once the headphones are fully charged, the red indicator will not be on. Red indicator on means the headphones are under charging, the red indicator will be o once they are fully charged. How to get the best sound quality?
