When used pursuant to the Vessel Bridge-to-Bridge Radiotelephone Act, transmitter is acceptable for use as a portable unit, only in foreign vessels, until no later than January 1, 1974. Transmitter is not acceptable for use in U.S. vessels pursuant to this Act.
