1 Installation 1. Insert the arm into the receiver and secure with the pin. 2. Move the flexible arm and angle the projector to the desired distance and angle. 3. Connect the 4-Way connectors of the Hitch Demon and the Vehicle. (The running lights must be on for the Hitch Demon to receive power. This can be done by turning on the headlights.) Turn Hitch Demon On The eyes of the Hitch Demon logo on the back of the device will glow when it is receiving power from the vehicle (the headlights of the vehicle may need to be turned on). Press the left eye to turn the Hitch Demon on. 2 Using the App 2.1 Installation Download App 1. Open Google Play or App Store on your mobile device. 2. Search for and select the Hitch Demon App. 3. Press Install or Get depending on your device. 4. Follow any prompts to finalize the installation. 2.2 Connecting to Hitch Demon Connect to the Network 1. Turn the Hitch Demon on. 2. Navigate to the WiFi settings on your mobile device. 3. Select the Hitch Demons network (Default is HitchDemon-serial number). Launch App Find the Hitch Demon icon on your mobile device and select it to launch the app. 2.3 Upload Images 1. 2. 3. From the Home Page of the Hitch Demon app, select the Photo Library Selec t an image. Then press the star in the top right corner to begin the upload process. Selec t the desired shape (Circle or Square). 4. 5. 6. Use two fingers to zoom and rotate the image until it fits correctly into the outline. the crop symbol (bottom right) to crop the image. Once the image has been cropped, press the upload icon in the top right corner. Press 2.4 Display Images 1. Once the image is uploaded, navigate to the home screen and select the favorites icon. 2. Select an image and press show. After a few moments the image will be displayed by the Hitch Demon. 2.5 Deleting Multiple Images 1. Select the trash can in the upper right. 2. Select the images to delete. 3. Select the trash can again. Setup Screen 3 General App Version The current version of the app is shown here. Slideshow Use this section to start, stop, or change the duration of a slideshow. Brightness Change the brightness of the image shown by Hitch Demon projector.
