Quick Start Guide Activating Your Account 1. Getting Started With the power switch in the OFF position - charge the Payment Guardian device using the AC Wall Charger for at least 3 hours before using it. The device is fully charged when the LED indicator light on the Wall Charger changes from RED to GREEN. Locate the Device ID number beneath the plastic cover located on the bottom of the device. With a fully charged device Turn the Power switch to the ON position & place the device outside or near a window before starting the activation process. Always wait at least 3 to 5 minutes after powering ON the device before attempting to use it. LED Indicator Lights Blue light = Power Indicator Yellow Light = GPS Location Fix Solid Blue light = Low Battery Power Solid Yellow Light = No GPS Location Fix Flashing Blue & Yellow = Normal Operation 2. Create Your GPS Guardian Account Go to www.paymentguardian.com and click on Register at the top right of the screen. Complete the entire registration form and click Submit to create your new account. Using your GPS Guardian 1. Log in to your Account 2. Locating the Device Go to www.paymentguardian.com and click on Login at the top right of the screen. Enter your username and password to access your account. To locate your GPS Guardian device click on the Locate button. 3. Setup HPN (High Priority Notification Alerts) Select how you would like to be notified by entering the Email addresses (for email alerts) and /or Mobile Phone numbers (for Text Message alerts) in the appropriate fields. 4. Setting up the Geofence / Safety Zone This option is used to notify you if the Device travels outside of a defined perimeter. Select the area desired for the Geofence / Safety Zone and click on Set Geofence button. 5. Excessive Speed Alerts This option is used to notify you if the device exceeds a defined speed. Select the speed limit desired for the Excessive Speed Alert and click on Speed Alert button. 6. Security Alarm 7. SOS Function This option is used to notify you if the device is moved from a stationary position. To activate this feature - click on Vibration Alarm button to arm the device. This option is used by the device holder to notify you in the case of an Emergency. In the event of an emergency - Press and hold the SOS button (on the side of the device) for at least 5 seconds to activate the SOS notification. 8. Low Power Mode The device is shipped with the Low Power Mode in the ON state in order to extend battery life by entering into a Stand-by mode when the device is stationary for more than 3 minutes. The Low Battery Mode should not be changed unless needed for specific applications. FCC NOTE:
