The radiated output power of the Wireless LAN + Bluetooth Combo Mini PCI Express Card authorized to use for the your Lenovo computer is far below the FCC radio frequency exposure limits. Nevertheless, it shall be used in such a manner that the potential for human contact during normal operation is minimized as follows:

This label will be of the format Contains Transmitter Module: Canada IC: XXXX, where XXXX represents the IC ID that corresponds to your preinstalled WLAN module. II) Low power license-exempt radiocommunication devices (RSS-210, RSS-247):
Operation is subject to the following two conditions:
1. This device may not cause interference, and 2. this device must accept any interference, including interference that may cause undesired operation of the device. When you use a Wireless LAN and Bluetooth Combo module adapter in the 802.11 a/n transmission mode:
The devices for the band 5150-5350 MHz are only for indoor usage to reduce potential for harmful interference to co-channel Mobile Satellite systems. High power radars are allocated as primary users (meaning they have priority) of 5250-5350 MHz and 5650-5850 MHz bands and these radars could cause interference and/or damage to LE-LAN (Licence-Exempt Local Area Network) devices. The maximum antenna gain permitted for devices in the 5250-5350 MHz, 5470-5725 MHz, and 5725-5825 MHz bands complies with the e.i.r.p. limit. III) Exposure of humans to RF fields (RSS-102):
