This dimming kit is an accessory to Chapter LED Heavy Duty String Lights and does not function unless used in conjunction with 0057-0027 or 0057-0007 string light products. When using the Dimming Kit, be sure to follow the maximum run lengths as follows:

The radio frequency handheld remote is battery operated (one A23 battery, included). This remote operates within 20 ft of the dimming kit. Do not install dimming kit with string light more than 20ft away from the intended location of remote control use. When using the remote control for the first time, check that the battery is in place and remove any plastic protection sleeves that may be alongside the battery. This Chapter brand dimming kit carries a two (2) Year Limited Warranty to the original purchaser. If, during normal use, this Chapter dimming kit fails due to a defect in material and workmanship within one (1) year from the date of purchase, simply bring this dimming kit with your original sales receipt back to your nearest Wal-mart retail store. At its Discretion, Chapter agrees to have the dimming kit replaced with the same or similar Chapter product free of charge. Notwithstanding the foregoing, this limited warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by misuse or abuse including but not limited to improper installation, accident, unauthorized repair, maintenance, or modifications of the merchandise. This warranty:
(1) excludes expendable parts including but not limited to light bulbs, batteries; (2) shall be void if this dimming kit is not installed in the U.S.A; (3) does not cover products installed within three miles of saltwater coastline or any area prone to salt spray; and (4) does not cover any losses, labor, injuries to persons/property or costs.
