The product will be installed into vehicles by our customers before they will be placed into the market. Hereby we assure that the following caution statement as per CFR 47, Part 15, 15.21 and RSS Regulation will be included in the owner's manual of the vehicles:

The title "CAUTION TO USERS" or "FCC Warning:" "NOTE:" or relevant title and "Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user's authority to operate the equipment."

In addition our client also assures that the following statement will be included in the manual as per CFR 47, Part 15, 15.19 (a) (3) and RSS Regulation. This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules and also to RSS Regulation. Operation is subject to the following two conditions:

Our radar sensors are fully laser welded and cannot be opened and accessed by public persons. Non of the public manuals include internal photos. In case of failures the sensors can only be maintained/replaced by professional designated technicians trained and working at appointed OEM car shops. LTQR5TR sensor is using a special Aptiv developed technology which we would like to protect from competitors.
