Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna. Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver. About S318 Head Unit (HU) S318 HU has no touch screen capability. All interaction with the HU is done through the Integrated Control Panel (IPC). Knob 1:

selection S318 HOME HMI Fig. 1 Integrated Control Panel Fig. 2 HOME HMI Screens Bluetooth Pairing with Phone To pair users phone with K318 HU through Bluetooth (BT) for the first time, select Phone on the home menu by tuning knob 2 and on the phone menu, select Pair a New Device by pressing OK button. At the same time, enable BT on the phone. Select device named Buick Excelle on the available device list on the phone and choose pair in the phone menu to establish BT pairing. Note:
BT pairing is not allowed when the vehicle is in motion. Only one phone can be paired to the HUs media system at one time. Once pairing is successful, there will be no need for further pairing of the same phone, unless the said phone is removed from the list of paired devices on the HU. For every phone paired to the HU, BT connection will be established automatically once BT is enabled on the phone. Corresponding HU HMI during BT pairing process:
Fig. 3 BT Pairing HMI Screens Device Connected: Device currently connected to the HU, e.g. iPalmmate. Only one device can be connected to the HU at one time. Device Paired: Devices previously connected to the HU will be saved to the paired device list. Once the phone has been connected to the HU, contact list and call history will be automatically downloaded to the HU. Switching between Settings, Call Record, Contacts and Keypad menu by pressing Left and Right button on the ICP. Press Up and Down button for page-up and page-down in Call Record or Contacts lists. Media through BT Once the users phone is connected to the HU, the HU could access the phones audio stream and music playing on the HU is possible. To play music through HU, select Media on the home HMI. Once on the media HMI screen, toggle between HDD, AUX and BT by pressing Media buttons a few times. Once BT is selected as the desirable media source, wait a few seconds for the music stream info to appear on the screen. Music will start playing automatically afterwards. During music playing, Seek+, Seek-, Down buttons are available. To stop BT music playing, simply press Media to switch to another media source. BT Music Playing Screens:
