Power on Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds till BLUE light ashes for 3 times. If the BLUE light and the RED light ash alternately, it means the B20 is waiting to be paired. If BLUE light ashes every 6 seconds, it means B20 is already paired to a device. Power off Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds till RED light ashes for 3 times. Then the indicator light is off. Power Button 1 2 3 4 5 Place B20 next to the phone within 20 inch / 0.5 m. Press and hold B20's power button for 3 seconds to turn on B20. If B20 is waiting for pairing, BLUE and RED light will ash alternatively. If B20 is already paired, BLUE light will ash every 6 seconds. Go to Bluetooth setting of the phone. Turn on Bluetooth function and search for B20. Click on B20 to connect. 6 Once the connection is complete, B20 will ash blue light every 6 seconds. Disconnect the B20:
Temporarily - press the hold B20's power button for 3 seconds to Temporarily turn off B20. The connection will be temporarily off. Press the hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn back on. The connection will resume. Permanently - go to Bluetooth setting of the phone. Click on B20 Permanently and click on Forget this device or Disconnect. If you encounter problems when using the B20, please follow the steps in the table below before contacting technical support. Problem Cause Solution I cannot turn on B20. The battery is low. There is no sound. The device doesn't pair with B20. Charge B20 with supplied charging cable for at least 2 hours. Restart device's Bluetooth and pair with B20. Wait for 5-10 seconds to see the result. The Bluetooth connection is unstable. Keep transmission distance within 15 meters. Wall or building blocked the signal. Make sure the recording area is clear. There is too much ambient noise. The ambient noise is too loud. The device cannot nd B20. B20 is connected with another device. Use DualMic App, increase Gain and record again. Permanently disconnect B20 from another device. B20 is connected but it cannot record. The microphone of B20 is not connected successfully. Restart device's Bluetooth and pair with B20. B20 constantly disconnects from the device. External earphone /
microphone is attached but not in function. The battery is low. Charge B20 with supplied charging cable for at least 2 hours. B20 doesn't detect external earphone /
microphone. Remove the Type-C to 3.5mm adapter cable and reinsert to B20. Indicator Status Red light ashes for 3 times. Blue light ashes for 3 times. Steady red light. Power off Power on Charging Steady green light. Fully charged Blue light ashes every 6 seconds. Paired Blue light and red light ashes alternatively. Waiting for pairing Red light ashes.
