. Before using, thoroughly read the safety precautions and use the product exactly as described. After going through the manual, make sure to store it where the user could read it anytime. Any error in spelling or incorrect information in the manual may be revised by AZLA Corp. Read all precautions and have them correctly understood before usage. Warranty will be voided if the product is damaged for not following the instructions. Read all guidelines. Keep this guideline document with you. Take notice of all precautions. Follow all the usage instructions. Do not keep or use this device near water. Gently clean this device with a dry cloth. Install the device under the manufacturers instructions. Only use attachments and components specied by the manufacturer. Do not charge the device during thundery weather. Turn the device o if its not being used for a long time. Inquire all services to a qualied customer service sta only. In the case of the following situations, the device must be serviced :

Be careful not to let infants swallow small components from the product. Do not let the device touch water, alcohol, benzene, lubricant, etc. Seek advice from the doctor prior to usage for those that are transplanted with medical instruments. Do not handle the device with excessive force. Keep the device away from places that are humid or dusty. Do not place the device under items that are heavy or potentially explosive. For your health, do not use the device with excessive volume or time. Prolonged usage could cause permanent damage to your hearings. This device is NOT waterproof. For safety, adjust your volume to medium before making any sound test. If disposing of the product, please follow the measures that are environmentally friendly. Do not place the device near ame, heat, or direct sunlight. Do not attach other components to the device other than the included accessories. Keep the device away from moisture during usage. Do not consume the battery. The device must be kept out of reach of children. If necessary, seek advice from doctors regarding additional safety instructions (hearing aid users, etc.) Stay away from listening to excessive volume. Your speech should sound noticeably smaller if a certain size is suitable for you. If not, try again with another size (there are no left and right sides for the eartips). How to exchange the tips
. Hold the rim of the eartip with two ngers and gently push to one side.
(Do not pull the edge of the eartip as it may cause damages)
. Place the new eartip on top of the earphone nozzle. Push in the eartip with the thumb. Fasten the eartip to the earphone nozzle by rotating or adjusting accordingly How to store and manage
. Prepare warm or room temperature water. Place the eartip on top of your palm and gently stroke with the other hand to remove any dust or pollutant. Gently wipe o the eartip with alcohol-free wet tissues or others. Once after cleaning, let the eartip dry naturally. Keep in mind that Xelastec has possibilities of deformation in shape due to its materials.
(Notice: If severely deformed, please purchase a new set and have it replaced) Gaming Performance Edition Make sure to remove the earphone from your ears before setup or making changes to the settings. Getting started Getting AZPG-RF started
. (Default recommendation) Insert the USB dongle extension cord to the USB port on the PC. Turn the device on. AZPG-RF is designed to be usable within a distance of m from the wireless transmitter. However, the length of the extension may get shorter due to other wireless installation or obstacles that interfere with electronics (such as a wall). On your rst connection to the PC, the operating system will automatically install the driver needed for AZPG-RF. Once the driver is installed and loaded, we recommend rebooting the PC before operation. After wearing the device, recheck the connection and settings to conrm the device is set properly. > It is recommended to minimize the distance between AZPG-RF and the wireless transmitter. To do so, please use the included USB dongle extension cord. How to use MIC Adjust the microphone downwards to turn on and upwards to turn o. A notication sound will be heard when the microphone is set to mute. Picture : ON / Picture : OFF, Mute
> Place the microphone close to your lips for the best experience

> You may press the mute button to turn on/o the microphone without adjusting its position.
> Applying excessive force to the microphone may damage the device. Picture Picture Make sure to review the below instructions before detaching the earpieces. MMCX How to change MMCX
. Remove the earpieces from the cable (see picture on the lower right) Do not apply excessive force while detaching the earpieces. Do not pull the cable cord while detaching the earpieces. Do not bend or twist o the earpieces while detaching. Doing so may damage the connectors. Replace them with compatible earpieces. Make sure the replacement earpieces are compatible with the device. Attempting to connect incompatible earpieces may damage the device. Frequent detachment may cause damage to the device. Remove the USB charging cable immediately once the device is fully charged. . Following the steps listed on the user instructions, connect the AZPG-RF to the PC. Click the User Settings on the lower left from Discord
(see picture on right). Click Voice & Video on the left section of the settings
(see picture on right). Select MIC (AZPG-RF) from Voice Settings. Apply to both input and output devices. If you are using Windows(R) bit / bit, AZPG-RF will be selected automatically. If not, head to Start-Settings-Systems-Sound and select AZPG-RF for both input and output devices

- Check if there is any interfering object between the
- Check if the LED light comes on while charging. AZPG-RF and the dongle.
- Check if the buttons are working properly.
- Try connecting the dongle extension cord to the rear USB port of your PC. Retest the sound. If the product is not pairing with your device
- Test the AZPG-RF on a dierent device and see if the sound is
- Check if the serial number matches between the product working properly. and the USB dongle.
- Check if clogging has happened to the nozzle lter.
- Check if damages can be found from the earpieces or cable. If the sound is not working properly
- Check if your device supports microphone input.
- Check the microphone input options of your device.
- Check if the microphone works properly on another device.
- Check if a notication sound is heard when operating the button.
- Check the PC properly recognizes AZPG-RF. If the USB dongle is not being recognized
- Insert a dierent USB memory stick to your device and see if it is being recognized. If youre hearing a notication sound A notication sound will be made when meeting the mentioned situations which is normal to happen.
