Device must be installed to provide a separation distance of at least 20cm from all persons and must not transmit simultaneously with any other antenna or transmitter, except in accordance with FCC multitransmitter product procedures. Use of this device is limited to vehicular radar operations, or as fixed or mobile operations in air operations areas as allowed by 95.3331. Use in aircraft during flight is prohibited and requires the use of automatic shut-off capability that discontinues all 76-81 GHz radar functions while the aircraft is airborne. Fixed radar use in prohibited outside of airport areas and airborne radar operations.
