It is recommended to only use a wall adapter from Belkin, or from your smartphone maker (such as Samsung, LG, Apple, etc.). Avoid using other chargers whose quality cannot be guaranteed. The wall adapter must provide at least 10W (5V/2A) of power. Plugging into a USB hub, computer, laptop, or USB wall adapter with insufficient power will result in no charging, or significantly slower charging times. Connect the wall adapter of the wireless charging pad into a socket outlet that is close by and is easy to disconnect from the source.

This Product Warranty does not apply if:
the product has been tampered with or the assembly seal has been removed or damaged;
the product has been altered or modified by someone other than Belkin;
the warranty claim was made fraudulently or by misrepresentation;
the product was not installed, operated, repaired, or maintained in accordance with Belkins instructions;
the product has been subjected to abnormal physical or electrical stress, misuse, negligence, or accident;
damage to the product is cosmetic, including scratches and dents, or defects caused by normal wear and tear or normal aging of the product;
the serial number on the product has been altered, defaced, or removed; or the product was supplied or licensed for beta, evaluation, testing or demonstration purposes, and you didnt buy or license the product. If you make an eligible claim under this warranty, Belkin will, at its election:
(1) replace the product with a reasonably available equivalent new Belkin product; or
(2) refund you the purchase price of the product, minus any rebates and discounts. Any replacement products are warranted for the longer of the remainder of the Warranty Period or 30 days. All products and parts that are replaced become the property of Belkin. We can only ship replacement or repaired products to locations in the country where the original product was purchased. Le numro de srie du produit a t modifi, abm ou effac. le produit a t utilis en association avec d'autres rallonges, multiprises, adaptateurs, onduleurs, parafoudres, autre fils de terre ou connexions lectriques ;
le produit a t fourni ou concd sous licence sous la forme dune version bta ou des fins dvaluation, dessai ou de dmonstration et vous navez pas achet le produit ou une licence du produit ; ou La non-conformit du produit na pas t signale Belkin dans les 2 mois suivant sa dcouverte ou nest devenue apparente quau terme dune priode de plus de 2 ans suivant la livraison du produit dfectueux. la prise de courant laquelle le produit a t connect n'a pas t correctement mise la terre ou n'a pas du tout t mise la terre ;
le Matriel Connect a t soumis des contraintes physiques ou lectriques anormales ; a t utilis de manire inapproprie ou a t endommag la suite dune ngligence ou dun accident ;
le Matriel Connect a subi des dommages superficiels (raflures et bosses), ou les dommages sont dus une utilisation ou un vieillissement normal du Matriel Connect. les dommages du Matriel Connect ont t causs par un cas de force majeure (autres que la foudre), y compris et de manire non limitative, ouragan, typhon, rosion, sisme, tempte, intempries, inondations, tsunami, vandalisme, vol, ou guerre ;
les dommages du Matriel Connect ont t causs par une panne de courant, une situation de basse tension prolonge, ou une perturbation basse-tension, y compris et de manire non limitative, des pannes de courant ou baisses de tension ;
la rparation ou le remplacement du Matriel Connect endommag est couvert par une garantie du fabricant tiers, une extension de garantie du vendeur ou votre police d'assurance ; ou Belkin estime que le Matriel Connect n'a pas t utilis dans des conditions de fonctionnement normales ou selon les instructions du fabricant relatives au Matriel Connect. Autrement dit, vous tes assur de bnficier dun produit exempt de tout dfaut et dont laspect et le fonctionnement sont conformes la description qui en est faite, durant toute la priode correspondante. Vous bnficiez galement des garanties lgales de conformit et dabsence de vices cachs suivantes :

L. 211-4 : "Le vendeur est tenu de livrer un bien conforme au contrat et rpond des dfauts de conformit existant lors de la dlivrance. La Priode de garantie commence la date dachat du produit par lacheteur (utilisateur final) initial et se poursuit jusquau terme de la priode indique dans le tableau ci-dessous :

Le produit na pas t install, utilis, rpar ou entretenu conformment aux instructions donnes par Belkin. Le produit a t soumis des contraintes physiques ou lectriques anormales ; a t utilis de manire inapproprie ou a t endommag la suite dune ngligence ou dun accident. Le produit a subi des dommages superficiels tels que des raflures, des coups ou des imperfections dus une utilisation ou un vieillissement normal. Le numro de srie du produit a t modifi, abm ou effac. Le produit a t fourni ou concd sous licence sous la forme dune version bta ou des fins dvaluation, dessai ou de dmonstration et vous navez pas achet le produit ou une licence du produit. La non-conformit du produit na pas t signale Belkin dans les 2 mois suivant sa dcouverte ou nest devenue apparente quau terme dune priode de plus de 2 ans suivant la livraison du produit dfectueux. Eine Wahlmglichkeit gilt als bermig kostspielig, wenn sie uns im Vergleich mit den anderen Mglichkeiten unter Bercksichtigung der folgenden Gegebenheiten unangemessene Kosten verursacht:
Wert des Produkts ohne den Mangel;
Wesentlichkeit des Mangels;
alternative Mglichkeit, die ohne wesentliche Nachteile fr Sie durchgefhrt werden knnte. Die Reparatur oder der Austausch erfolgt innerhalb einer angemessenen Frist nach Ihrer Anfrage und ohne erhebliche Nachteile fr Sie, jeweils unter Bercksichtigung der Art des Produkts und des Zwecks, fr den Sie das Produkt erworben haben. Sie knnen im eigenen Ermessen eine angemessene Verringerung des Preises fordern oder den Kaufvertrag gegen Rckerstattung des Kaufpreises fr das Produkt aufheben (jeweils abzglich gegebener Preisabschlge und Nachlsse), wenn eine der folgenden Situationen eingetreten ist:
Reparatur oder Austausch sind nicht mglich oder bermig kostspielig;
Belkin hat das Produkt nicht innerhalb einer angemessenen Frist repariert oder ausgetauscht;
die durchgefhrte Reparatur oder der Austausch hat zu erheblichen Nachteilen fr Sie gefhrt. Die Gewhrleistung fr reparierte oder Ersatzprodukte gilt jeweils fr die Restdauer der ursprnglichen Gewhrleistungsfrist. Alle Produkte und Teile, die ausgetauscht werden, gehen in das Eigentum von Belkin ber. Hinweis: Die oben aufgefhrten Rechte und Rechtsmittel sind die einzigen Rechte und Rechtsmittel, die im Rahmen dieser Garantie zur Verfgung stehen. The Product Warranty does not apply if:

Belkin does not cover damage to Connected Equipment in the following situations:
the Product Warranty has expired or does not apply (please see section above);
the Connected Equipment was not properly or directly connected to the product;
not all wires leading into the Connected Equipment, including telephone and coaxial lines, pass through the appropriate product;
damage to the Connected Equipment was not caused by an Occurrence;
the power outlet to which the product was connected was not properly grounded or not grounded at all;
the Connected Equipment has been subjected to abnormal physical or electrical stress, misuse, negligence, or accident;
damage to the Connected Equipment is cosmetic (including scratches and dents), or damage was caused by normal wear and tear or normal aging of the Connected Equipment;
damage to the Connected Equipment was caused by an Act of God (other than lightning), including but not limited to typhoon, hurricane, erosion, earthquake, thunderstorm, inclement weather, flood, tsunami, vandalism, theft, or war;
damage to the Connected Equipment was caused by a power outage, a sustained low voltage situation, or a low-voltage disturbance, including but not limited to brownouts or sags;
repair or replacement of the damaged Connected Equipment is covered by a third partys manufacturers warranty, a sellers extended warranty, or your insurance policy;
Belkin determines that the Connected Equipment was not used under normal operating conditions or in accordance with the manufacturers instructions for the Connected Equipment; or you continue to use the product in the knowledge that the Protected Light indicator has gone out. Note: Although this warranty doesnt apply in these situations, you may have additional rights under local consumer laws in the country of purchase. How will Belkin make things right?
If you make an eligible claim in relation to your defective Belkin product under the Product Warranty, Belkin will, at its option:
