Modes and Brightness Note: When first plugged into the wall, the lamp will automatically cycle through a 30-minute Sunrise To override this initial setting and preview all the modes - Sunrise, Daytime, Sunset, Nighttime-

simply press down on the dial every time you want to transition. Each Sunrise and Sunset are dynamic and take a full 2 minutes. APP Manual Use Your lamp can be used manually before it is connected to the BIOS Lighting App. To provide the bestmanual experience, we recommend the following schedule:
