Do NOT leave your pet unattended with Fast Fetch. Consult your veterinarian to be sure your pet is up for vigorous exercise. Fast Fetch is not recommended for young puppies. Carefully evaluate your pets condition after each round; Fast Fetch is vigorous exercise and not every pet is up for this type of activity. Watch your pet for signs of fatigue and stop whenever appropriate. Fast Fetch includes safety features to pause operation when the line is stepped on, grabbed or otherwise encounters resistance; Nevertheless, check your pet for signs of abrasion after play. Make sure the eld of play is free of obstacles, debris and other hazards such as open holes in the ground. Use the included tethers to anchor the drive unit and pulleys to the ground; Do NOT anchor the stakes directly into the holes in the drive unit and pulleys. Keep the manual safe for future reference. 90 Second Shut Off:
Fast Fetch will pause for 5 seconds after 90 seconds of active use to protect the motor and battery. During the pause the remote will automatically disconnect and reconnect to the drive unit. Stall Feature:
Fast Fetch will pause when it detects increased resistance such as when your dog steps on the moving line. Fast Fetch will beep after a short pause to indicate it is ready to continue. Never use the charger unsupervised. Note! Leaving the battery connected after it is fully charged may result in one or more of the lights turning red again - the battery is fully charged at this point, please try to remove the battery from the charger once fully charged. If all three lights have not turned green after 6 hours on the charger. The battery is fully charged once all three of the lights turn green. Only connect the battery to the charger using the white plug. Pay attention to the alignment of the plug to the charger. Do NOT force the plug into the charger. Disconnect the battery from the charger when fully charged. Rechargeable batteries are only to be charged under adult supervision. Battery Charger Installing the Battery 1. Fully charge battery before use. 2. Slide open the battery door at the rear of the Drive Unit. 3. Connect the battery using the orange plug;
White plug will be left disconnected. 4. Position the battery in the battery compartment and slide the door closed. SETTING UP FAST FETCH 1. Place the drive and pulley units in a square or rectangular layout. 2. Anchor the pulley units to the ground by rst connecting a strap to the rear of the unit, then staking the strap to the ground; Do not stake down the drive unit yet. 3. Open the caps to each unit and extend the line around each pulley. Cut the line leaving enough to tie the two loose ends together. Tie the loose ends together and close the caps to each unit. 4. Adjust the position of the drive unit to add tension to the line. The line should no longer be loose or lying on the ground. Do not over tension the line because it will cause the motor to stall. 5. Tear off a ag from the foll and tie it to a free spot on the line. We recommend testing the unit before bringing your dog out to play. Try different levels of line tension by adjusting the position of the drive unit to see what works best for your area. Tie the strap on the hole, stake though the hole. (Batteries Included) HOW TO CHANGE BATTERIES 1. Remove the battery box door by screwdriver (not included). 2. Replace old batteries with 2x fresh AA (2x1.5V) batteries and then close the battery door. 1.5V/AA/LR6/AM3 1.5V/AA/LR6/AM3 LED Power ON/OFF OPERATION OF REMOTE CONTROL 1. Remove the battery box doors insulator 2. Use the screwdriver (not included) to lock the battery box door 3. Press the ON button on the driver 4. Press once ON/OFF button, Green LED (ashes 3 times) + vibrate 5. When LED turned solid Green, the remote connected with driver 6. To change the speed by pressing the speed button, press harder, the drivers speed turn faster 7. After 90 seconds, it will shut off, it will pause for 5 seconds after 90 seconds of active use to protect the motor and battery. During the pause the remote will automatically disconnect and reconnect to driver. 8. Turn Off, Hold the ON/OFF for 3 seconds, LED will be off. The remote will disconnect with the driver. Do not mix old and new batteries. Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc), or rechargeable (ni-cad, ni-mh, etc.) batteries. Do not dispose of batteries in a re as batteries may explode or leak. Do not short-circuit the batteries. Do not attempt to recharge non-rechargeable batteries. Remove batteries if the product will not be used for an extended period of time. Use a screwdriver to open the battery compartment door and replace old batteries. Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged. Exhausted batteries are to be removed from the toy. The supply terminals are not to be short-circuited. Batteries are to be inserted with the correct polarity (+ and -). Batteries are to be handled by an adult only. Batteries are to be inserted with the correct polarity as shown on the battery compartment. Ensure battery compartment is secure before use. Only batteries of the same or equivalent type as recommended are to be used. Warning and Caution of the Li-ion Battery:
