Pursuant to CFR Title 47 Telecommunication Federal Communications Comission§0.457(d) and

§0.459 and IC RSP-100, Section 6.4, Cambridge Communication Systems Ltd requests that parts

of the FCC application be held confidential.

The Mesh V2 is a 60 GHz mmW fixed wireless product which will be able to deliver Gigabit

performance broadband services to markets such as rural areas.

Cambridge Communication Systems Ltd has spent substantial time and effort in developing the

Metnet 60G Mesh V2 which is one of the first of its kind in the industry. The product will not be

available to the public but only to Cambridge Communication Systems partners and affiliates

under NDA.

Having the sensitive design information being easily available to "competition" would negate the

advantage we have achieved by developing this product. By not protecting the details of the

Metnet 60G Mesh V2 design will result in the financial hardship of the business which in turn

would inhibit the development of new broadband services which are currently being sought in

the USA.

towers, lamp posts, sides of buildings, out of the reach of the public. The equipment will only be

accessible and serviceable by professional designated technicians under an NDA restricting the

disclosure of the propriety information including internal photos.

This letter accompanies our FCC application for Metnet 60G Mesh V2, FCC ID 2ACV4-M60G-004.

This letter is also in support of the Confidentiality Request letter which is also included with this application and specifies the type of

confidentiality requested.

Cambridge Communication Systems (CCS) has requested confidentiality for the following exhibits:

The exhibits listed above are not made public and are kept confidential by CCS in the following ways:

1. The design documents are not shared with third parties except under NDA - the standard CCS NDA template is provided alongside

2. Internal photographs are not available publicly, and the Purchase Agreement for Metnet products specifically requires in clause 3.10

this letter.
