Grant Comments | Limited Modular Approval. Output power listed is Conducted(Peak). This module is limited to use by the grantee in specific host device with a limited RF frequency band and is not intended for sale to third parties. Other host systems may be added through permissive change procedures through coordination with the module grantee. Host systems must provide regulated supply voltages to the module. Separate evaluation must be required for any portable configuration. When used in mobile applications, the module antenna(s) must be installed to meet the RF exposure compliance separation distance of 20 cm and any additional testing and authorization process as required. Compliance of this device in all final host configurations is the responsibility of the Grantee. The host integrator must follow the integration instructions provided by the module manufacturer and ensure that the composite-system end product complies with the FCC requirements by a technical assessment or evaluation to the FCC rules and to KDB Publication 996369. The host integrator is instructed to ensure that the end user has no manual instructions to remove or install the device. Co-location of this module with other transmitters that operate simultaneously are required to be evaluated using the FCC multi-transmitter procedures. This device has 20 MHz and 40 MHz bandwidth modes for 2.4 GHz band. | |||||
