Binnen de periode waar we het over hebben zal Cardo, welke onderdelen dan ook die onder normaal gebruik falen uitsluitend repareren of vervangen. Voor zulke reparaties of vervangingen betaalt de klant geen onderdelen of arbeidsloon maar de klant moet wel de portokosten voor zijn of haar rekening nemen. Deze garantie dekt geen mankementen die het gevolg zijn van misbruik, verkeerd gebruik, ongelukken of ongeautoriseerde verandering of reparaties. Dit product is bedoeld om uitsluitend gebruikt te worden als een apparaat voor communicatie en verstrooiing en moet niet gebruikt worden op een plaats of in een rechtsgebied waar het gebruik daarvan verboden is. Mankementen veroorzaakt door elke vorm van incorrect gebruik, onderhoud, montage, afregeling of aanpassing. 4. Producten die zijn geopend, uit elkaar gehaald of gerepareerd door onbevoegde personen. 5. Mankementen of schade die het gevolg zijn van blootstelling aan extreme temperaturen, schadelijke weersomstandigheden, geweld van buiten, of het morsen van eten of vloeistoffen. 6. (kwitantie) in elke geautoriseerd servicecentrum of in de winkel waar u het product heeft aangeschaft. Om uw product onder de garantie te laten repareren neemt u contact op met Cardos serviceafdeling om een RMA nummer te ontvangen dat u in staat stelt om steeds te volgen waar het zich bevindt, of neem contact op met uw plaatselijke geautoriseerde Cardo-dealer. Verstuur het secuur met een kopie van het originele aankoopbewijs wat als bewijs van aankoop vereist is om uw product onder de garantie te laten repareren. Het RMA-traceernummer (RMA tracking number) moet u op de buitenkant van de verpakking schrijven. Stuur het product gefran keerd naar het Cardo-adres dat u van Cardo ontving. Aankoop bij een internetveilingsite: Bewijzen van een in ternetveilingsite worden niet geaccepteerd voor het repa reren van uw product onder de garantie. Om uw pro duct onder de garantie te laten repareren is het origi nele aan koopbewijs of een kopie daarvan van de oorspron ke lijke winkelier vereist. Andere fabrikanten: Cardo is niet aansprakelijk voor en verwerpt uitdrukkelijk elke verantwoordelijkheid voor hoe Cardo-producten gebruikt of misbruikt worden voortkomende uit het gebruik met producten, diensten of informatie van andere leveranciers.
