-Instruction Manual with Warranty Information INSERTING BATTERIES Each walkie talkie requires three AAA batteries (not included) for power. To insert or replace batteries, use a screwdriver to remove the screw on the battery compartment door. Note that the battery compartment is located on the rear of each walkie talkie. Once the battery compartment is open, insert batteries with the correct polarity (+,-) as displayed in the battery compartment. Once the batteries have been inserted, close the battery compartment, and once again use a screwdriver to screw the battery compartment door in place. USING YOUR WALKIE TALKIES Once batteries are inserted you can follow the steps below to use your walkie talkies:
1. Slide the ON/OFF Switch on each walkie talkie to the ON position. 2. Hold one walkie talkie close to your mouth. 3. Press the PUSH TO TALK button, and speak clearly to transmit a message to the other walkie talkie. 4. Release the PUSH TO TALK button when you are finished talking so that you can hear any incoming messages from the other walkie talkie. 5. When you are finished using your walkie talkies, make sure the ON/OFF Switch is in the OFF position.
