Using the charge cable included, plug the micro USB connector into the case and the other end into a USB charger. 2. When charging, the case LEDs will blink. When the case is fully charged, all the 4 LEDs will be solid. 3. When the case is plugged in, the earbuds will also charge and will show solid red LED. When the earbuds are fully charged the light will turn o. Bluetooth Pairing Instructions Note: The earbuds come pre-paired together. If you are getting audio from only one earbud, they may have lost their connection. Go to the Troubleshooting section for instructions. 1. Remove both earbuds from the case. One earbud should blink red and blue. 2. Now open up your Bluetooth settings on your device and pair to Helix True Wireless. Button functions 1. Pause/play: Single press 2. Skip track: Double press 3. Answer/end call: Single Press during call 4. Reject call: Double Press 5. Power: Hold both buttons for 3 seconds Troubleshooting NOTE: If only one earbud plays audio or you cannot pair to your phone, follow these steps:
1. Turn Bluetooth o on your phone or device settings. 2. Turn on both earbuds. 3. One earbud should be blinking fast red and blue. The other should not be blinking. If this is happening, go to step 5. 4. If one or both earbuds are blinking slow red and blue, press one earbud twice. 5. Turn Bluetooth back on in your phone settings. 6.
