DDRRAAFFTT COLORADO TIME SYSTEMS WIRELESS MICROPHONE User Manual Page 1 of 4 DDRRAAFFTT COLORADO TIME SYSTEMS WIRELESS MICROPHONE OPERATION AND CONTROLS Receiver Squelch To adjust squelch, rotate the squelch knob counter-clockwise until a loud rushing sound is heard at the speakers, then slowly turn the knob clock-wise until the rushing sound no longer heard. Channel Select Allows the user to select 1 of 8 available channels, as needed. NOTE: The receiver and transmitter must be set to the same the channel for proper operation. In the event that 2 separate wireless microphones are being used at the same location, the following condition needs to be met to ensure proper operation of both units. Each receiver/transmitter pair will need to be at a minimum of 2 channels away from each other, in order to prevent interference. EXAMPLE: RXR/TXR #1 is set for Channel 4; RXR/TXR #2 can be set to any channel, with the exception of Channels 3 and 5. RX IND Provides a visual indication that the receiver and transmitter are set to the same channels, and that the receiver is receiving a signal from the transmitter.
