1.1 Profile 1 General Information Please read this pamphlet carefully in order to make your phone in perfect condition. Perfectly combining humanized design and fine art, this mobile phone provides a streamlined outlook, comfortable hand-feeling, pleasant sounds and MP3 player which bring convenience and fun to your work. Our company may change this mobile phone without prior written notice and reserves the final right to interpret the performance of this mobile phone. Due to different software and network operators, display on your phone may be different, refer to your phone for details. 1.2 Safety Information If your phone has lost or been stolen, notify the telecommunication office the SIM card is disabled

! EMERGENCY CALLS Ensure the phone is switched on and in service, enter the emergency number, e.g. 112, then press the Dial key. Give your location and state your situation briefly. Do not end the call until told to do so. Note: Just like all other mobile phones, this mobile phone does not necessarily support all the features described in this manual due to network or radio transmission problems. Some networks even do not support the emergency call service. Therefore, do not rely solely on the mobile phone for critical communications such as first aid. Please consult the local network operator. Precautions This mobile phone is well designed with fine art. Please exercise special care when using it. The following suggestions will help your mobile phone survive the warranty period and extend its service life:

" OK key Press it to end a call being dialed or end an ongoing call; or press it to exit the menu and return to the standby state; or hold it for two or three seconds to power on or off the mobile phone. Press them to scroll the options when browsing a function list. In edit state, press direction keys to navigate. In standby state, press a direction key to enter the specified function page. You can also customize direction keys to match the desired functions. In conversation status, press up or down direction key to tune the sound volume. Press it to confirm your selection. In idle screen, pressing it will enter the main menu, long press this key can turn/off the flashlight at the top of the phone.

" Left and right soft key Press this key in idle screen to access MP3 player interface. The bottom line on the screen displays the functions of the Left and Right soft key.
" Number keys, * key and # key Press number keys 1 through 9 in input or edit state to input numbers and characters; or press a number key after entering a menu to choose the corresponding menu item; or hold any of number keys 2 through 9 for over two seconds in standby state to fast dial the corresponding telephone number in the speed-dial number list (need to set in advance). Note: Holding number key 1 on standby will call the voice mailbox service center. The voice mailbox center number, however, must be preset.

The # key and the * key represent different functions in different states or different function menus. Hold the # key up to 2s in standby state to activate or deactivate the mute mode. Press the # key in edit state to switch between input methods. Pressing the * key in edit status to select a symbol. Press and hold the * key up for 2s to input "+" in standby interface. When the symbol "+" appears, press the * key quickly to input "P" or "W". "P" and "W" are used for calling the extension; "+" are used for dialing an international call. 3 Getting started 3.1 Installing the SIM Cards and the Battery An SIM card carries useful information, including your mobile phone number, PIN (Personal Identification Number), PIN2, PUK (PIN Unlocking Key) , PUK2(PIN2 Unlocking Key), IMSI(International Mobile Subscriber Identity), network information, contacts data, and short messages data. Note:
After powering off your mobile phone, wait for a few seconds before removing or inserting an SIM card. Exercise caution when operating an SIM card, as friction or bending will damage the SIM card. Properly keep the mobile phone and its fittings such as the SIM cards beyond children's reach. Installation
" Hold the End key for a while to power off the mobile phone
" Push the back cover above the battery and remove it.
" Pull the left battery buckle outward and then lift the battery away.
" Insert the SIM card into the SIM card slot lightly with the corner cutting of the card aligning to the notch of the slot and the gold plate of the card facing download, till the SIM card cannot be further pushed in.
" Aim the positive pole and negative pole of the battery at the battery connector of the mobile phone, and press the left of the battery to install the battery into the battery tank. Using code The mobile phone and the SIM cards support sorts of passwords, in order to prevent the phone and the

SIM cards from being misused. When you are prompted to input any of the codes mentioned below, just input the correct code and then press the OK key. If you input a wrong code, press the Right soft key to clear it and then input the correct code.
" Phone lock code The phone lock code may be set to prevent your mobile phone from being misused. In general, this code is provided along with the mobile phone by the manufacturer. The initial phone lock code is set to 1122 by the manufacturer. If the phone lock code is set, you need to input the phone lock code when powering on the mobile phone.
" PIN The PIN (Personal identification number,4 to 8 digits) code prevents your SIM card from being used by unauthorized people. In general, the PIN is supplied with SIM card by the network operator. If PIN check is enabled, you need to input the PIN each time when you power on your mobile phone. The SIM card will be locked if you input wrong PIN code for three times. Unlocking methods as follows:
-Input the correct PUK according to the screen tips to unlock the SIM card.
-Then input the new PIN and press the OK key.
-Input the new PIN again and then press the OK key.
-If the input PUK is correct, the SIM card will be unlocked and the PIN will be reset. Note: The SIM card will be locked if you input wrong PIN code for three times. To unlock the SIM card, you need to input the PUK. In general, the PUK can be obtained from the network operator.
" PUK The PUK code (Personal Unlocking Key, 8digits) is required to change a blocked PIN. It is supplied

with SIM card. If not, contact your network operator. If you input wrong PUK code for 10 times, SIM card will be invalid. Please contact the network operator to replace the SIM card. A barring code is required for setting the call barring function. You can obtain this code from the
" Barring code network operator to set the call barring function. 3.2 Installing T-Flash Card The T-Flash card is a pluggable mobile storage card inside the mobile phone. To install the T-Flash card, open its latch, place its indented side downward, insert the card into the card slot, and then close the latch. To remove the T-flash card, open its latch and slightly press the card inward. The card will automatically pop out. Close the latch. Note:
1. The mobile phone cannot automatically identify the T-flash card being inserted when the mobile phone is powered on. You must power off the mobile phone and then power it on, so that the phone can identify the T-Flash card. 2. The T-Flash card is a miniature object. Keep it out of the reach of children for fear that children swallow it! 3.3 Charging the Battery The lithium battery delivered with the mobile phone can be put into use immediately after being unpacked. A new battery will have maximum performance after the first three full charge/discharge cycles. Battery level indication:

" Your mobile phone can monitor and display the battery state.
" Normally the remaining energy of the battery is indicated by the battery level icon at the upper right corner of the display screen.
" When the battery energy is insufficient, the mobile phone prompts "Battery low". If you have set an alert tone, an alert tone will be given off when the battery level is too low.
" A charging animation appears when the battery is being charged. When the charging is complete, the animation disappears. Using a travel adapter:

Inserting them in a wrong direction may cause charging failure or other problems. Before the charging, ensure that the standard voltage and frequency of the local mains supply match the rated voltage and power of the travel charger. Using the Battery

The performance of a battery is subject to multiple factors: radio network configuration, signal strength, ambient temperature, chosen functions or settings, phone fittings, and the voice, data or other application mode you choose to use. To guarantee the optimal performance of your battery, please stick to the following rules:
" Use only the battery provided by the vendor. Otherwise, damages or even injuries could be caused during the charging.
" Power off the mobile phone before removing the battery.
" The charging process lasts a longer time for a new battery or a battery not in use for long. If the battery voltage is too low to enable the mobile phone to be powered on, charge the battery for a longer time. In this case, the battery icon does not flicker until a long time after the battery enters the charge status.
" During the charging, ensure the battery is placed in a room temperature environment or in an

3.4 Powering On/Off the Mobile Phone Hold the End key for a while to power on the mobile phone. A power-on animation appears on the display screen. Input the phone lock code and press the OK key if the mobile phone prompts you to input the phone lock code. The original code is 1122. Input the PIN and press the OK key if the mobile phone prompts you to input the PIN. The PIN is provided by the network operator for new opening SIM card. Enter the standby interface. To power off the mobile phone, hold the End key for a while. 3.5 Linking to the Network After the SIM card and the mobile phone are successfully unlocked, the mobile phone automatically searches for an available network. After finding a network, the mobile phone enters the standby state. When the mobile phone is registered in the network, the name of the network operator is displayed on the screen. Then you can dial or receive a call. 3.6 Dialing Calls In the standby interface, press number keys to input the area code and the telephone number, and then press the Dial key to dial a call. To end the call, press the End key.
" Dialing an international call

Hold the * key and input "+". Then input the country code, the area code and the telephone number. Input the main number, press the * key for three or four times, input "p" or "w" and then the extension Finally, press the Dial key.
" Dialing an extension number, and finally press the Dial key.
" Dialing a call to a number in the phonebook you want to call. Enter the phonebook and use the upward and/or downward direction keys to find the telephone number Press the Dial key. The mobile phone automatically dials the chosen telephone number.
" Redialing the last number In the standby interface, press the dial key to show the dialed calls. Press the upward and/or downward direction keys to select a number you want to dial and then press the Dial key. During a conversation, you can press the Up and/or Down direction keys to tune the sound volume.
" Adapting volume
" Answering incoming calls Press the Dial key or the Left soft key to answer an incoming call. Press the End key to end the current conversation. To reject an incoming call, press the End key or the Right soft key. Note: If the caller can be identified, the mobile phone will present the calling number. If the calling number exists in the phonebook, the mobile phone will present both the name and the phone number of the caller. If the caller cannot be identified, the mobile phone will present the calling number only. You can answer an

incoming call when using a function list or browsing the phonebook.
" Using options during a conversation Select Options during a conversation to pause, end the ongoing call, originate a new call, browse the phonebook, view information, set the mute, set the DTMF, or perform other operations. For details, refer to the menu guide. 3.7 Using the Headset It would enter headset mode automatically when you insert headset to the slot. Make sure of inserting it at the bottom of the slot, or you cant use it normally. 4 Input method This mobile phone provides multiple input methods, including numeric input, English input in both upper and lower case, and Smart English input in both upper and lower case. You can use these input methods when editing the phonebook, short messages, files and greeting text. 4.1 Icons for Input Methods After you enter an edit window such as a window for editing the phonebook, short messages or the memorandum, an icon is displayed to indicate the current input method:

Virtual phone call: an additional function embedded in the phone. when you play this function, it acts just like someone is calling you. Protect yourself from annoying situations with the Fake Call. In this menu, you can set Caller's name, Call time and Ring tone. When the timer reaches, the phone will ring and display like receiving a real phone call. Press send call key, pretend answering a call, the screen will display just like have an ongoing call. Press end key, pretend reject the call, the call will terminate automatically. Magnifier: Use this function to zoom in or zoom out an object. Facebook: an additional function embedded in the phone. Yahoo: An additional function embedded in the phone. Google: An additional function embedded in the phone. Twitter: Its a website for social networking and mini blog service which allows client to send their latest

changes and thoughts to phone or humanized website instead of individual in short message. 5.2 Phonebook The mobile phone can store up to 500 telephone numbers. The number of telephone numbers that an SIM card can store depends on the storage capacity of the SIM card. The telephone numbers stored in the mobile phone and in the SIM cards form a phonebook. 5.2.1.1 Phonebook In the Name interface, input the name of the contact you want to search or the first letter(s) of the name. Press the Left soft key and select Search. All the contacts meeting the search condition are listed. Press the Up and Down direction keys to browse the contacts and select one contact to call. After selecting a telephone number in the phonebook, select Options to perform the following operations:
" Call: Call the number youve selected.
" IP dial: Dial an IP call of SIM1 or SIM2.
" Sent text message: sent message to this number.
" Sent multimedia message: sent MMS to this number.
" View: View the content of the telephone number.
" Add to Favor listAdd this number to favor list.
" Edit: Edit the telephone number.
" Delete: Delete the telephone number from the phonebook.
" Copy: Duplicate the telephone number from the mobile phone to the SIM card or from the SIM card to the mobile phone.
" Move: Move the telephone number to the SIM card if it is stored in the mobile phone or to the mobile

" Send contact To send the record through message, multimedia message, Bluetooth and email or store as phone if it is stored in the SIM card. file.
" Add to blacklist: He or she cant call you if you add his or her number to blacklist. 5.2.1.2 Caller Groups You can set five caller groups, including names, associated sound, associated pictures and members. You can set objects by pressing the left and right direction keys. 5.2.1.3 Edit Add New Contact This function enables you to add contacts to the phonebook. To add a contact to the SIM card or the phone:
" To SIM Card: Add the contact to SIM1. A contact record covers the name and telephone number of the contact.
" To phone: A contact record covers the following items: Name, number, home number, company name, email address, office number, fax number, birthday, caller picture, caller video, associated sound and caller group. Copy contacts You can copy all contacts from an SIM card to the phone or vice versa. Move contacts You can move all contacts from an SIM card to the phone or vice versa. Delete all contacts You can choose to delete contacts from an SIM card or from the phone, or delete contacts one by one. Backup

You can choose to make a backup from card to phone or from phone to card. 5.2.1.4 Phonebook Settings
" Speed dial: Set each number of a phone number and activate the function, then in the idle screen, you can dial the number by long pressing corresponding key.
" My number: Edit your name car, or send it via a short message, or save it as a file.
" vCard version: To show current copyright information.
" Extra numbers: It includes owner number, service dialing number and SOS number, you need to preset these numbers.
" Memory status: Query the memory status. 5.3 Call Center Call log list Choose Call Center > Call log list or press the dial key in standby status to enter the call history interface. A call history is displayed, including missed calls, dialed calls and received calls. Delete Call Logs You can delete the latest call records. Choose Delete SIM1 call log and then select to delete all the numbers in the call history, or delete only the numbers in the missed calls list, the dialed calls list or the received calls list. Call Timers Choose SIM1 call time to view the last call time, the total time of all dialed calls and the total time of all

received calls, and/or to reset all the time.
" Last call time: View the time duration of the last call.
" Total sent: View the total time of all the dialed calls.
" Total received: View the total time of all the received calls.
" Reset all time: Reset all the above time. Text message Counter Choose SIM1 SMS counter to set the number of short messages sent and the number of short messages received.
" Sent: Reset the number of short messages sent.
" Received: Reset the number of short messages received. Note: This function does not relate to the SIM card. The number of short messages sent and the number of short messages received do not change even after the SIM card is replaced. Note: The call history settings of SIM card 2 are the same as SIM card 1. GPRS counter
" Last session sent: Viewing the rate of last session sent
" Last session received: Viewing the rate of last session received
" All sessions sent: Viewing all of the rate of sessions sent
" All session received: Viewing all of the rate of sessions received
" Reset counter: Clearing all rates

5.4 Multimedia Camera This function enables you take a picture you want. Roll the phone to align the camera to the picture and then press OK key, which the picture will be stored in the album. Select option and you can set some parameter of camera or scan the pictures youve taken in gallery and view the storage status. Image viewer You can select image/photo folders in Memory card/phone. The image viewer enables you view, send, rename or delete your pictures. And you can set the image you like as wallpaper, Screen saver, power on/off display or caller picture. Video recorder This function enables you to record dynamic pictures. Adapt the VCR to the scene or the figure, the press OK to start or pause recording. Press STOP to end recording. The phone will prompt you save or not. Video player This function enables you play, send, rename, delete, delete all files, rank, save about your video and movies. Audio Player Access this interface to listen to music, you can use direction key to perform the following functions: Play or Pause, Stop, last song and next song. And you can press # and * to increase or decrease volume.

Sound recorder The phone support WAV and AMR. The AMR takes the compression algorithm. So in the same memory condition, it has longer recording time than WAV. Because of having super recording time, user can choose recording format to record from option which can be stored to the phone memory and memory card. FM Radio Your phone is equipped with an FM radio. You can use the application as a traditional FM radio with automatic tuning and saved channels. You can listen to it while running other applications. You can press #
and * to increase or decrease volume. 5.5 Messaging If the short message memory is full, a blinking SMS icon appears on the top of the screen. To normally receive short messages, you need to delete some of the existing short messages. Writing message Step 1: Input the content of the short message to be sent. Select Options to perform the following operations:
" Send to: Send the short message to a certain number
" Input method: Select a suitable input method.
" Insert template: To insert a preset phrase into the short message. Advanced

" Insert name: To insert a contact name from the phonebook to the short message.
