This product should be used for personal use only and used as intended in accordance with the users manual. Do not operate or adjust settings while driving , cycling, or walking near traffic. Stop using the M7 MultiPAD if you find it disruptive or distracting while operating any type of vehicle, or performing any other activity that requires your full attention. Check and obey the applicable laws and regulations on the use of earphones and devices such as M7 MultiPAD in the areas where you drive or ride. Be careful and attentive while driving. Proper handling:
Do not drop, disassemble, open, crush, bend, deform, puncture, shred, microwave, incinerate, paint, or insert foreign objects into M7 MultiPAD. Unit contains electronic components that can be permanently damaged when exposed to shock or vibration. Please keep your unit in a stable place and avoid dropping the unit. Do not operate unit in highshock and high-vibration environments. Do not attempt to take apart, open, service, or modify the product. Refer all servicing to qualified personnel. Repair Clean only with cloth dampened with water, gently wipe dry with dry cloth. Do not apply liquid directly to the unit. Never attempt to repair or modify the M7 MultiPAD yourself. If the M7 MultiPAD has been submerged in water, punctured, or subjected to a severe fall, do not use it until you take it to an Cydle Authorized Service Provider. The M7 MultiPAD doesnt contain any user-serviceable parts. Disassembling the M7 MultiPAD, including the removal of the back cover, may cause damage that is not covered under warranty. Customer Service contact For service information, please visit our support center at www.cydle.com The rechargeable battery in M7 MultiPAD should be replaced only by an Cydle Authorized Service Provider. 3 Pre-caution Pr Important safety Information Caution: Power Adapter Usage When using the Power Adapter to charge the M7 MultiPAD, make sure that the Power Adapter is plugged into the power outlet. Do not connect or disconnect the Power Adapter while hands are wet. Do not use any other Power Adapter other than the AC/DC Power Adapter certificated by Cydle to charge your M7 MultiPAD. (Make sure that the rated Voltage of the M7 MultiPAD is 5V) The Power Adapter may become warm during normal use. Always allow adequate ventilation around the Power Adapter and use care when handling. Unplug the Power Adapter if any of the following conditions exist:
1. The power cord or plug has become frayed or damaged. 2. The adapter is exposed to rain, liquids, or excessive moisture. 3. The adapter case has become damaged. 4. You suspect the adapter needs service or repair. 5. You want to clean the adapter. Caution: Battery Care & Recycle regulation THERE IS A RISK OF EXPLOSION IF BATTERY IS REPLACED BY AN INCORRECET TYPE. This unit contains materials such as battery, circuit boards, cables, electromagnetic compatibility gaskets and connectors which may contain lead and copper/beryllium alloys that require special handling and disposal at end of life. Charging the Battery 1. The Power Jack is located on the bottom right of the unit. 2. Plug in the Power Adapter to the Power Outlet. 3. Connect the Power Adapter to the M7 MultiPAD. 4. The M7 MultiPAD will begin charging. The Battery Icon will change to the Charging Icon on the top right of the screen. Use only the adapter(5V,2A) included in the box. Understanding Battery Status When the M7 MultiPAD is connected to a power source, the battery icon changes to show that the battery is charging or fully charged. When the M7 MultiPAD isnt connected to a power source, a battery icon on the M7 MultiPAD screen shows approximately how much battery life is left. Use Battery The charge time can vary but when the M7 MultiPAD battery has completely depleted, expect about 5 hours to charge the M7 MultiPAD completely. The charging time can be different when using the M7 MultiPAD while charging. f 6 Before you start Introduction Detachable Stand Use the M7 MultiPAD Detachable Stand to set on top of the desk for a hands free operation or use as a Screen Cover when collapsed, to protect the LCD screen when mobile. How to turn the stand How to attach the stand To attach the Detachable Stand to the M7, place the M7 as shown in the picture. Insert the hook of the Detachable Stand to the specified connecting point of the M7 MultiPAD and push up until a clicking noise is heard. Gently lift up the Screen to set the M7 MultiPAD for horizontal view, turn the Screen to the left for vertical view. How to detach the stand The Detachable Stand can be easily disassembled using the following 2 options:
Place a pen or pencil between the M7 and stand, then close the M7 to easily detach. Push off the stand like above WARNING: For user safety, users must follow the instructions outlined in the manual and proceed with caution when detaching the stand. All damages resulting from failing to follow the outlined instructions will be the responsibility of the user. 7 Getting Started Introduction Turning the M7 Multi PAD On/Off To turn Power On/Off, press the Power Button for 3 seconds, located on top of the unit. Unlock:
Slide the Green Lock Icon up to green spot to unlock the screen. Sleep Mode:
Press the power button to activate Sleep mode. To activate the screen again, hold the power button for 3 seconds. Home Screen and Applications Tab The Home Screen is what you see when turning on the M7 MultiPAD. It gives you access to shortcuts, widgets and more. The Home Screen expands further by dragging the screen to the left or right. The M7s LCD is a Resistive Touch Screen so utilizing a stylus pen might be more convenient to control the screen. 8 Getting Started Introduction How to manage Icons 4. To add Widgets, Folders and Wallpapers to the Home Screen: Press and hold the Home Screen (place finger on area with no Icons) for 3 seconds to open the Tools Window. Select the desired function.

9 Getting Started Introduction Status Indicator on Device Current Status Indicators are shown on the Top Bar in the upper screen. Icons will appear to show SD Card in use, USB connection, Wi-Fi connection, Wireless Device connection, and more. Please see the corresponding icons for more details. Connect to your television or monitor to enjoy your favorite movies on a bigger screen. 1. Tap on the Settings icon from the Home Screen. 2. Go to Sound & Display > Output Select. 3. Select HDMI option Specification of HDMI Port : Mini HDMI: C-19 Pin 15 Wi-Fi Set Up Connecting to the Internet 1. Tap on Settings. 2. Go to Wireless & Networks. 5. Choose the network you wish to connect with. 3. Turn on the Wi-Fi by placing a check in box. 4. Tap on Wifi Settings 6. Once connection is completed, the Wi-Fi icon will be seen on the top right of the Top Bar. 7. Wifi Access Point can be lost due to status of the router. In the event this happens, restart your router or reconnect the Wifi on the M7 MultiPAD. Click on Wi-Fi > Wi-Fi On/Off to reconnect and reinstate connection to the Wi-Fi 16 Internet Browsing To Start Internet Browser 1. Tap on the Internet icon. 3. When the keyboard pops up, input the URL of desired website and tap on the Go or Enter button. 2. The Internet Browser will open. To browse other websites, touch the Address Bar 4. Enjoy mobile web surfing. To Create Bookmark 1. Select Bookmark 2. Tap on Add icon located on the top left. 3. Input the name you would like displayed in the Bookmark List. Then tap on Done to complete 18 Syncing How to use the Mini USB Port You can use the M7 MultiPAD as a Mass Storage by connecting to the PC with the Mini USB Cable. The Micro USB Port supports USB 2.0. 3.A separate window will pop up and ask if you wish to Mount or Dont Mount. Select Mount to complete connection. 4.To disconnect drag down the Top Bar and tap on Turn Off USB. Select Turn off to complete. 19 Syncing How to use your Micro SD How to enjoy the contents in Micro SD card from M7 1. Insert your Micro SD Memory Card into the SD card Slot of the M7 MultiPAD. 2. The Memory Card icon will show up and disappear on the top left side of the Top Bar. How to enjoy the contents in Micro SD card inserted in M7 MultiPAD on your PC. 1. Insert your Micro SD Memory Card into the M7 MultiPAD and connect to the PC using the Mini USB Cable. When the Memory Card icon appears on the Top Bar. 2. To connect Micro SD, drag down the Top Bar to open window. Once the window opens, tap on USB connected(External). 3. A separate window will pop up and ask if you wish to Mount or Dont Mount. Select Mount to complete connection. 4. To disconnect Micro SD, drag down the Top Bar to open window. Once the window opens, tap on Turn off USB storage(External). 5. A separate window will pop up and ask if you wish to Turn Off or Cancel. Select Turn Off to complete disconnection. And then take Micro SD card off the M7 MultiPAD. 20 Syncing Pairing a Wireless Device 1. Make sure to set the Wireless Device is in Pairing 2. Tap on Settings. 3. Go to Wireless & networks 6. Choose the device you wish to pair with the Cydle M7 MultiPAD. 7. When paired successfully, Connected to device and media audio will appear under the Wireless Devices list and the icon will also be displayed at top right corner of the screen. 4. Turn on Wireless Audio System by placing a check mark in box. 5. Select Wireless Audio System settings to locate the Wireless Device you wish to pair. 8. If the wireless device required pin number to pair with M7, a separate window will pop up and ask you to input a PIN number.
* The PIN number can usually be found on the package box or the Users Manual of the Wireless Device. 21 App square To Start App Square Registration 1. Tap on App Square icon on the Home Screen 2. A window will appear where you will need to proceed to Registration to continue , select Yes Before you use App Square, M7 has to be connected with Wifi Network (Page 17) 4. Press the Menu button located on top of the M7 MultiPAD to open the App Square Main Menu screen. Proceed to MyInfo. 3. Register for an App Square Account. Tap Done to complete. 5. Review and manage your account information. 22 App square Manage Account To edit App Square Account 1. Tap on Edit icon on the My Information Screen To delete App Square Account 1. Tap on Delete Account icon on the My Information Screen 2. Modify your App Square Account. Tap Done to complete. 2. Tap Yes and put your App Square pin number to delete your account from both your device and the Cydle Server. 23 App square Application How to use App Square Applications. 1. Tap on App Square icon on the Home Screen 2. Select an App to download from the featured Apps, browse through the App Categories or search for Apps. 3. Apps can be sorted by Recent, Top Sales or A to Z. 4. You can access the App Square Menu from the Menu button located on the top of the M7. 5. Click Install to download the App to the M7 MultiPAD 9. Press the Done icon to complete download.
