To reduce the risk of damage to the electric plug, pull on the plug rather that the cords when disconnecting the power pack. 7. Do not use a battery pack or appliance that is damaged or modified. Damaged or modified batteries may exhaust unpredictable behavior resulting in fire, explosion or risk of injury. 8. Do not operate the power pack with a damaged cord or plug. 9. Do not disassemble the power pack, only a qualified service technician should service the product. Incorrect reassembly may result in a risk of fire or electric shock. 10. To reduce the risk of electric shock, unplug the power pack from the outlet before attempting any instructed servicing. WARNING RISK OF EXPLOSIVE GASES 1. WORKING IN THE VICINITY OF A LEAD ACID BATTERY IS DANGEROUS. BATTERIES GENERATE EXPLOSIVE GASES DURING NORMAL BATTERY OPERATION. FOR THIS REASON, IT IS THE UTMOST IMPORTANCE THAT YOU FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS EACH TIME YOU USE THE POWER PACK. 2. To reduce the risk of battery explosion, follow these instructions and those published by the battery manufacture and manufacture of any equipment you intend to use in the vicinity of the battery. Review all cautionary marking on these products and on engine. 3 PERSONAL PRECAUTIONS 1. Consider having someone close enough by to come to your aid when working near lead-acid battery. 2. Have plenty of fresh water and soap nearby in case battery acid contacts 3. Wear complete eye protection and clothing protection. Avoid touching eyes skin, clothing, or eyes. while working near battery. 4. If battery acid contacts skin or clothing, wash immediately with soap and water. If acid enters eye, immediately flood eye with cold water for at least 10 minutes and get medical attention. 5. NEVER smoke or allow a spark or flame in vicinity of battery or engine. 6. Be extra cautious to reduce the risk of dropping a metal tool onto the battery. It might spark or short-circuit battery or other electrical part that may cause explosion. 7. Remove personnel metal items such as rings, bracelets, and watches when working with a lead-acid battery. A lead-acid battery can produce a short-circuit current high enough to weld a ring or the like to metal, causing severe burn. WARNING 1. When charging the internal battery, work in a well ventilated area and do not restrict ventilation in any way. 2. Under abusive conditions, liquid may be ejected from the battery, avoid contact. If contact accidentally occurs, flush with water. If liquid contacts eyes, additionally seek medical help. Liquid ejected from the battery may cause irritation or burn. 3. Do not expose a power pack to fire or excessive temperature. Exposure to fore or temperature above 130C may cause explosion. 4. Have servicing performed by a qualified technician using only factory replacement parts. 4 5. Attach output cables to the battery and chassis as indicted below. Never allow the output clamps to touch one another. a) Check the battery level of the Jump Pack. b) Insert the smart alligator clip connector into the end of the Jump Pack. c) Connect the RED positive clip to the positive post on the battery, then the BLACK negative clip to the negative post on the battery. d) If connected correctly the LED should turn green. Wait 5 to 10 seconds then start your vehicle. e) Remove the clips immediately after the vehicle has started. * Depending on the device being charged, some devices do not support wireless charging up to 10 watts. PRODUCT OVERVIEW Below is a list of items that should be included in your retail box:
1) Vehicle Jump Starter & Portable Power Bank 2) Smart Alligator Clips 3) Micro USB Charging Cable 4) USB Wall Charger 5) Carry Bag 6) Instruction Manual 6 OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS VEHICLE JUMP STARTER & PORTABLE POWER BANK FEATURES JUMP STARTING A VEHICLE 1) Before jump starting your particular vehicle always check the manufacturer instructions/recommendations/warnings first. 2) Check the battery level of the Vehicle Jump Pack by pressing the ON/OFF button before jump starting your vehicle. There must be at least 50% of battery level available. 3) Insert the smart alligator clip connector into the end of the Jump Pack. 4) Connect the RED positive clip to the positive post on the battery, then the BLACK negative clip to the negative post on the battery. 5) CAUTION: Ensure the Vehicle Jump Pack and smart alligator clip cables are clear of all vehicle fan blades/belts/pulleys etc. before proceeding. 6) The LED on the smart alligator clips will then turn GREEN. Wait 5 to 10 seconds then start your vehicle 7) Remove the clips IMMEDIATELY after the vehicle has started. Black negative clamp first. 8) DO NOT use the Vehicle Jump Starter to repeatedly try and start your vehicle. Wait at least thirty (30) seconds between attempts. Check vehicle after three attempts. 8 7 SMART ALLIGATOR CLIPS The smart alligator clips contain a single Amber/Green LED along with a warning buzzer for Faults and Error protection:
1) If connected correctly the LED on the smart alligator clips should turn green. 1) Standby Mode Clips are not connected The Green LED Flashes. 2) Vehicle battery voltage to LOW - Amber LED On, buzzer is beeping 3) Vehicle battery voltage to HIGH - Amber LED On, buzzer On solid. 4) Alligator clips connected to vehicle battery in reverse polarity. (Red clip to Black negative terminal, Black clip to Red positive terminal). Amber LED On, buzzer is beeping. 5) Short circuit protection - Amber LED On, buzzer is beeping. 6) Over heat protection Amber LED is Flashing, buzzer is beeping. CHARGING THE VEHICLE JUMP STARTER & PORTABLE POWER BANK 1) Use the supplied micro USB cable and wall charger if needed to charge the Vehicle Jump Starter & Portable Power Bank. NOTE: While charging all of the other features and functions are NOT active. 2) When charging IN will appear above the percentage of charge digits and the second percentage digit will flash on the LCD display. 3) Once the internal battery level has reached 100% the charge is complete and the unit will turn off after 10 seconds. 4) The battery level should be checked and charged every three (3) months. 5) DO NOT use any other charger to charge this Vehicle Jump Starter &
Portable Power Bank. 6) Doing so can damage the internal battery and also be very dangerous. 7) When charging the internal battery, work in a well ventilated area and do not restrict ventilation in any way. 9 WIRELESS PHONE CHARGING Icon flashing. 1) Press the ON/OFF button, the LED display will illuminate showing the 2) Place the back of your phone onto the unit. Standard USB Output port - 5VDC/2.4Amp. Used to charge your cell phone, tablet etc. b. Type C USB, In (Out) port 5VDC/3Amp. This can power a tablet, power back, smart phone, camera etc. c. Micro USB Input port 5VDC/2A. This port is for charging your Jump Starter & Portable Power Bank. Only use the supplied cable to charge your Jump Starter & Portable Power Bank. TROUBLE SHOOTING MELBORP NOITULOS The vehicle will not start Vehicle battery voltage to low Vehicle Jump Pack & Portable Power Bank will not charge Check the connection of the alligator clips to the battery terminals and ensure the LED is solid green and not flashing on the smart alligator clips. Ensure you have a minimum of two blue LEDs illuminated. After connecting the smart alligator clips wait a couple of minutes before attempting to start the vehicle. Lorsque vous travaillez proximit dune batterie daccumulateurs au plomb, envisagez d'avoir quelqu'un assez prs qui puisse venir vous aider. 2. Assurez-vous de toujours avoir beaucoup d'eau douce et du savon proximit au cas o de l'acide de batterie entrerait en contact avec la peau, les vtements ou les yeux. 3. Portez un ensemble complet de lunettes et de vtements de protection. vitez de toucher les yeux lorsque vous travaillez proximit de la batterie. 4. Si de l'acide de la batterie entre en contact avec la peau ou les vtements, lavez immdiatement avec de l'eau et du savon. Si de l'acide pntre dans l'il, rincez immdiatement l'il abondamment avec de l'eau froide pendant au moins 10 minutes et obtenez des soins mdicaux. 5. Ne fumez JAMAIS et ne permettez jamais la prsence d'une tincelle ou d'une flamme proximit de la batterie ou du moteur. 6. Veillez particulirement rduire le risque de faire tomber un outil mtallique sur la batterie. Cela pourrait crer une tincelle ou court-circuiter la batterie ou une autre pice lectrique, ce qui pourrait provoquer une explosion. 7. Enlevez les objets mtalliques personnels comme des bagues, des bracelets et des montres lorsque vous travaillez avec une batterie daccumulateurs au plomb. Une batterie daccumulateurs au plomb peut produire un courant de court-circuit suffisant pour souder une bague ou un objet similaire en mtal, ce qui peut provoquer des brlures graves. 17 AVERTISSEMENT 1. Lors de la charge dune batterie interne, travaillez dans une zone bien ventile et ne limitez pas la ventilation dune manire quelconque. 2. Le liquide qui est ject de la batterie pourrait causer une irritation ou une brlure. 3. Nexposez pas un bloc dalimentation une source de feu ou une temprature excessive. Une exposition une source de feu ou une temprature suprieure 130 C pourrait causer une explosion. 4. Faites faire lentretien par un technicien qualifi en utilisant uniquement les pices de rechange dusine. 5. Attachez les cbles de sortie la batterie et au chssis comme indiqu ci-
dessous. Ne laissez jamais les brides de sortie se toucher entre elles. a) Vrifiez le niveau de la batterie du bloc dalimentation pour dmarrage de secours. b) Insrez le connecteur des pinces crocodiles intelligentes dans lextrmit du bloc dalimentation pour dmarrage de secours. c) Connectez la pince positive ROUGE la borne positive sur la batterie, puis la pince ngative NOIRE la borne ngative sur la batterie. d) Si les pinces sont connectes correctement, le voyant DEL s'allume en vert. Attendez 5 10 secondes, puis dmarrez votre vhicule. e) Retirez immdiatement les pinces une fois que le vhicule a dmarr. MISE EN GARDE 1) Ne plongez pas dans l'eau. 2) N'utilisez pas et ne stockez pas le BLOC DALIMENTATION POUR DMARRAGE DE SECOURS DE VHICULES proximit de sources de feu ou d'un lment chauffant. 3) Ne mettez pas le BLOC DALIMENTATION POUR DMARRAGE DE SECOURS DE VHICULES dans un feu et n'y appliquez pas de chaleur directe. 4) Ne percez pas le botier du BLOC DALIMENTATION POUR DMARRAGE DE SECOURS DE VHICULES. 5) Ne frappez pas, ne jetez pas et ne soumettez pas le BLOC DALIMENTATION POUR DMARRAGE DE SECOURS DE VHICULES un choc physique intense. 18 6) Ne tentez pas de modifier le BLOC DALIMENTATION POUR DMARRAGE DE SECOURS DE VHICULES dune manire quelconque. 7) Ne mettez pas le BLOC DALIMENTATION POUR DMARRAGE DE SECOURS DE VHICULES dans un four micro-ondes ou un contenant sous pression. 8) N'utilisez pas le BLOC DALIMENTATION POUR DMARRAGE DE SECOURS DE VHICULES s'il dgage une odeur ou produit de la chaleur. 9) N'insrez pas d'objet mtallique dans l'ouverture d'entre du cble, car cela pourrait provoquer une tincelle et un choc lectrique. 10) Nutilisez pas le BLOC DALIMENTATION POUR DMARRAGE DE SECOURS DE VHICULES comme chargeur de batterie ou bloc dalimentation. 1) Bloc dalimentation pour dmarrage de secours et chargeur nomade de vhicules 2) Pinces crocodiles intelligentes 3) Cble de charge USC micro 4) Chargeur de mur DUSB 5) Sac de transport 6) Manuel dinstructions BLOC DALIMENTATION POUR DMARRAGE DE SECOURS ET CHARGEUR NOMADE DE VHICULES 21 22 DMARRAGE DUN VHICULE LAIDE DUN SYSTME AUXILIAIRE 1) Avant de dmarrer votre vhicule particulier laide dun systme auxiliaire, commencez toujours par vrifier les instructions/recommandations/mises en garde du fabricant. 2) Vrifiez le niveau de la batterie du bloc dalimentation pour dmarrage de secours de vhicules en appuyant sur le bouton ON/OFF (marche/arrt) avant de dmarrer votre vhicule laide dun systme auxiliaire. La batterie doit disposer dun niveau de charge de 50 % au moins. 3) Insrez le connecteur des pinces crocodiles intelligentes dans lextrmit du bloc dalimentation pour dmarrage de secours. 4) Connectez la pince positive ROUGE la borne positive sur la batterie, puis la pince ngative NOIRE la borne ngative sur la batterie. 5) MISE EN GARDE : Assurez que le bloc dalimentation pour dmarrage de secours de vhicules et les cbles des pinces crocodiles intelligentes sont dgags de toutes pales de ventilateur/poulies, etc. avant de continuer. 6) Le voyant DEL situ sur les pinces crocodiles intelligentes sallumera alors en VERT. Attendez 5 10 secondes, puis dmarrez votre vhicule. 7) Retirez IMMDIATEMENT les pinces une fois que le vhicule a dmarr. Bride ngative noire dabord. 8) Nutilisez PAS le bloc dalimentation pour dmarrage de secours de vhicules pour essayer de dmarrer votre vhicule maintes reprises. Attendez trente
(30 secondes) au moins entre les essais. Inspectez le vhicule aprs trois essais. PINCES CROCODILES INTELLIGENTES DEL Les pinces crocodiles intelligentes sont dotes dun seul voyant DEL ambre/vert et dun vibreur dalerte des fins de protection contre les anomalies et les erreurs :
1) Si elles sont connectes correctement, le voyant DEL situ sur les pinces crocodiles intelligentes doit sallumer en vert. 2) Mode Standby (attente) Les pinces ne sont pas connectes Le voyant DEL vert clignote. 3) Tension de la batterie du vhicule LOW (bas) - Le voyant Del ambre est allum, le vibreur met des bips. 4) Tension de la batterie du vhicule HIGH (haut) - Le voyant Del ambre est allum, le vibreur est en marche constamment. 5) Pince crocodiles connectes la batterie du vhicule en polarit inverse.
(Pince rouge sur borne ngative noire, pince noire sur borne positive rouge). Assurez-vous que deux voyants DEL bleus au moins sont allums. Aprs avoir connect les pinces crocodiles intelligentes, attendez quelques minutes avant dessayer de dmarrer le vhicule.
