This product is intended for non-urgent ambulatory continuous armpit body temperature monitoring from ages 29 days and older. Tucky-21 also allows position monitoring of patient from ages 29 days and older (this is however not part of its medical intended use). It is positioned under the right armpit, as high as possible, with a dedicated double-

sided adhesive (ADH-21) and transmits data to the Tucky smartphone application. Temperature monitoring The thermometer is set in direct mode: it takes the actual axillary temperature, without making adjustment calculations. You should thus wait about 15 minutes after placing Tucky under the armpit for the temperature to stabilize. The temperature is displayed with a color code, indicating whether it is normal or not. Note: rectal temperature is usually 0.7C (1.3F) higher than axillary temperature

*The arm must be closed so that the measurements are less disturbed by the environment. The normal temperature varies according to the individual (age, sex, type, skin thickness), the time of day and external factors (ambient temperature, clothing, etc.) [1]. It is therefore normal to notice temperature variations caused by changes in the environment or arm position. In this case, the trend can be interpreted by following the highest values of the last few hours. An alert is issued when the temperature exceeds the very high temperature value. This threshold can be modified by the user in the application. Position monitoring The device also allows position monitoring, especially for babies. An icon on the application indicates whether the baby is in one of the following 4 positions: standing or sitting, lying on his back, lying on his stomach, lying on his side. An alert is issued when the child turns over on his or her stomach. This alert can be deactivated in the application. Note: to ensure this functionality, the product must be placed under the right armpit.

- Tucky is a measurement tool but is not a diagnostic tool. It is not a substitute for monitoring symptoms or consulting a physician.

- Do not use this thermometer to interpret hypothermia temperatures.

- Tucky should only be applied with the double-sided adhesive provided (ADH-21), on clean and cream-

free skin. Adhesives are single-use and non-repositionable. During use, ensure that the probe remains in continuous contact with the skin.

- If axillary hairs are present, shave the area to maximize contact between Tucky and the skin.

- In case of heavy sweating or use during sport activities, a single-sided medical adhesive may be added over the device to improve its hold. A list of recommended adhesives is available on the manufacturers website.

- Do not apply the device on irritated or damaged skin or if an allergy to plastics (elastomer or silicone type) and/or adhesives has been detected in the patient.

- The adhesive should be changed every 24 hours or more frequently depending on skin sensitivity. If the skin shows redness, wait until it disappears before putting the product back on. If irritation occurs, remove the product immediately and seek advice from a health care professional.

- Tucky and adhesives should be used under normal conditions of temperature and humidity (see Technical data). Otherwise, measurements accuracy cannot be guaranteed.

- The thermometer and adhesives must be transported, stored and put in dry locations, away from direct sunlight, fire, contamination and within the specified temperature and humidity ranges (see Technical data).

- It must not be immersed in water: remove Tucky before bathing or showering.

- The product has been designed to follow the curvature of the body. Do not twist it by hand and do not try to open, repair or modify it. Do not use if damaged.

- Do not use Tucky near strong wave emitting devices (MRI scanners, scanners, portable or mobile RF communication devices) that may interfere with its operation (see Electromag. testing).

- Do not use Tucky and adhesives beyond their lifespan (see Technical Specifications).

- Be sure to keep Tucky and its accessories (adhesives and charger cable) away from childrens mouth. They must be used by adults.

- The device must never be worn during charging. Its functions are then deactivated.

- Check that your device (smartphone or tablet) is compatible with the application and has Bluetooth and internet connectivity (see Technical data and list of recommended devices).

- Before using Tucky, check the time on your phone as the application is based on it.

- Make sure your smartphone or tablet has enough memory to store data.

- The phone paired with Tucky using Bluetooth must remain within signal range to receive information (see Monitor data wherever you are).

- The manufacturer may change this manual and product specifications without notice. Refer to the digital version available on the manufacturers website. 4 OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS Charge Tucky

- Before using Tucky for the first time, charge Tucky with the supplied cable 6 by connecting it to a computer 5V USB port until the LED turn off (about 2 hours). The autonomy after a full charge is 5 days. Install the application and create an account

- Download the Tucky application from the Apple Store or Google Play Store.

- Create an account by following the instructions, then create one profile per patient. Note: the data are stored in a certified health data cloud. Associate Tucky with a patient profile

- Turn on Tucky by pressing the On/Off 2 button; LED 4 will blink for 2 seconds (6 times).

- In phone / tablet settings, activate the Bluetooth function. Notes: on iPhone, Tucky may not appear in the list of detected Bluetooth devices. Simply enable Bluetooth, then exit from iPhone settings.

- In the application, select a profile, approach Tucky to the phone / tablet, press the Associate button and accept authorization requests. A temperature is displayed in the banner. Note: once associated, Tucky reconnects as soon as its within signal range. Apply ADH-21 adhesive to Tucky AA

- Remove the small part of the paper backing and peel the adhesive 7 from the remaining part. Stick it on Tuckys front side, making sure probe edges are covered. Then remove both parts of the clear film. Place Tucky under the armpit BB

- To place Tucky, observe the following points:

* The micro-USB port 5 must be oriented downwards, with strip-cap 3 closed and sensor 1 facing the skin,

* Tucky must be positionned as high as possible under the right armpit. Notes: if axillary hairs are present, shave the area before applying the device. In case of heavy sweating, it is possible to improve Tucky hold by adding a single-sided adhesive strip over it.

- For a better temperature measurement, wear light clothing and wait about 15 minutes with the arm closed until the temperature stabilizes. Monitor the data wherever you are (2 use cases)

- Below 10m, use the phone / tablet connected to Tucky via Bluetooth. Notes: if Bluetooth connection is lost, the application tries to reconnect automatically. Tucky will continue to record the temperature (for 8 hours maximum) and will synchronize with the application as soon as the connection is re-established.

- Above 10m, two phones / tablets connected to the same account are required.

* One must be connected to Tucky via Bluetooth. It automatically relays information via Internet to the cloud

(see Data Protection), making them accessible to other devices.

* The other one displays data from the cloud without distance limit. A cloud icon on the app indicates this. Notes: verify that alerts work and are audible by activating Test alert on the application. There is no limit concerning the number of people which can monitor remotely data of the same account. 5 Turn off Tucky

- To turn off Tucky, press the On/Off button; the LED will lit during two seconds. Otherwise, Tucky will automatically turn off 30 minutes after being removed from the body. Cleaning and maintenance

- After each use, remove the adhesive and clean Tucky with a cotton soaked with medical alcohol. Do not use water, abrasive cleaners, or dishwashing products on Tucky. Not intended to be sterilized.

Tucky thermometer is under warranty for 2 years from the date of initial purchase from the distributor by the end customer. It covers defects in material and workmanship under normal use in accordance with manufacturers recommendations. This warranty does not cover defects caused by abnormal or faulty use or resulting from a cause unrelated to the intrinsic qualities of the product. (vigilance@e-takescare.com) and the health agency in charge of vigilance incidents. 7 NOTICE DUTILISATION Tucky-21 est un appareil lectronique non invasif et rutilisable pour un usage domicile; et non invasif et patient unique pour un usage en hpital. Ce produit est destin la surveillance ambulatoire non urgente et continue de la temprature axillaire de patients gs de plus de 29 jours. Tucky-21 permet galement de surveiller la position de patients gs de plus de 29 jours (il ne sagit cependant pas dune fonction mdicale). Il se positionne sous laisselle droite, le plus haut possible, avec un adhsif double-faces ddi (ADH-21), et transmet ses informations lapplication smartphone Tucky . Il faut donc attendre une quinzaine de minutes aprs avoir plac Tucky sous laisselle pour que la temprature se stabilise. Note : la temprature rectale est gnralement de 0,7C (1.3F) plus leve que la temprature axillaire.

*Le bras doit tre ferm pour que les mesures soient moins perturbes par lenvironnement. La temprature normale varie en fonction de lindividu (ge, sexe, type, paisseur de peau), de lheure de la journe et de facteurs externes (temprature ambiante, vtements, etc.) [1]. Il est donc normal de constater des variations de temprature provoques par des changements denvironnement ou de position du bras. Dans ce cas, la tendance peut tre interprte en suivant les valeurs les plus leves des dernires heures. Une alerte est mise lorsque la temprature dpasse la valeur temprature trs leve . Ce seuil est modifiable par lutilisateur dans lapplication. Suivi de position Le dispositif permet galement le suivi de position, destin en particulier aux bbs. Une icne sur lapplication indique sil est dans lune des 4 positions suivantes : debout ou assis, allong sur le dos, allong sur le ventre, allong sur le ct. Une alerte est mise lorsque lenfant est sur le ventre. Cette alerte est dsactivable dans lapplication. Note : pour assurer cette fonctionnalit, le produit doit tre plac sous laisselle droite.

- Tucky est un outil de mesure mais nest pas un outil de diagnostic et ne remplace pas la surveillance de symptmes ou la consultation dun mdecin.

- Ne pas utiliser ce thermomtre pour interprter les tempratures dhypothermie.

- Tucky doit tre uniquement appliqu grce aux adhsifs double-faces fournis (ADH-21) sur une peau propre et sans crme. Ils sont usage unique et non repositionnables. Pendant son usage, assurez-vous que la sonde reste en contact continu avec la peau.

- En cas de pilosit axillaire, raser la zone afin de maximiser le contact entre Tucky et la peau.

- En cas de forte sudation ou dutilisation dans le cadre dactivits sportives, il est possible dajouter un adhsif mdical simple-face par-dessus le dispositif pour amliorer son maintien. Une liste dadhsifs recommands est disponible sur le site internet du fabricant.

- Ne pas appliquer le dispositif sur une peau irrite, lse ou si une allergie aux plastiques (type lastomre ou silicone) et/ou adhsifs a t dtecte chez le patient.

- Ladhsif doit tre chang toutes les 24h ou plus frquemment selon la sensibilit de la peau. Si la peau prsente des rougeurs, attendez quelles disparaissent avant de remettre le produit. En cas dirritation retirez immdiatement le produit et demandez conseil un professionnel de sant.

- Tucky et les adhsifs doivent tre utiliss dans les conditions normales de temprature et dhumidit

(cf. Caract. techniques ). Sinon, les prcisions techniques ne peuvent tre garanties.

- Le thermomtre et les adhsifs doivent tre transports, stocks et poss dans des lieux secs, labri de la lumire directe du soleil, du feu, de toute contamination et dans les plages de temprature et dhumidit indiques (cf. Caract. techniques ).

- Il ne doit pas tre immerg dans leau : ter Tucky avant le bain ou la douche.

- Le produit a t conu pour pouser la courbure du corps. Ne pas le tordre manuellement ni louvrir, le rparer ou le modifier. Ne pas lutiliser sil est endommag.

- Nutilisez pas Tucky proximit dappareils mettant de fortes ondes (IRM, scanners, appareils de communication RF portables ou mobiles) pouvant perturber son fonctionnement (cf. Essais lectromag. ).

- Ne pas utiliser Tucky et les adhsifs au-del de leurs dures de vie (cf. Caract. techniques ).

- Veillez tenir Tucky et ses accessoires (adhsifs et cble chargeur) loigns de la bouche des enfants. Ils doivent tre utiliss par des adultes.

- Lorsquil est en charge, le dispositif ne doit jamais tre port. Ses fonctions sont alors dsactives.

- Vrifiez que votre appareil (smartphone ou tablette) est compatible avec lapplication et dispose dune connectivit Bluetooth et internet (cf. Caract. techniques et liste dappareils recommands).

- Avant dutiliser Tucky, vrifiez lheure de votre tlphone car lapplication se base sur celle-ci.

- Vrifiez que la mmoire du smartphone ou de la tablette soit suffisante pour stocker les donnes.

- Le tlphone associ Tucky en Bluetooth doit rester porte du signal pour que les informations puissent tre rceptionnes (cf. Surveillez les donnes o que vous soyez ).

- Le fabricant peut modifier sans aucun pravis cette notice et les caractristiques techniques du produit. Se rfrer la version digitale disponible sur le site internet du fabricant. 9 INSTRUCTIONS DUTILISATION Chargez Tucky

- Avant la premire utilisation, chargez Tucky grce au cble 6 fourni en le connectant au port USB 5V dun ordinateur jusqu ce que la LED steigne (environ 2h). Lautonomie aprs une charge complte est de 5 jours. Installez lapplication et crez un compte

- Tlchargez lapplication Tucky sur Apple Store ou Google Play Store.

- Crez un compte en suivant les instructions, puis crez un profil par patient. Note : les donnes sont gardes chez un hbergeur de donnes de sant certifi. Associez Tucky un profil patient

- Allumez Tucky en appuyant sur le bouton Marche Arrt 2 ; la LED 4 clignote pendant 2 secondes (6 fois).

- Dans les paramtres de votre tlphone / tablette, activez la fonction Bluetooth. Notes : sur les iPhone, Tucky peut ne pas apparatre dans la liste des appareils Bluetooth dtects. Activez simplement Bluetooth, puis sortez des paramtres de votre iPhone.

- Dans lapplication, slectionnez un profil, approchez Tucky du tlphone / tablette, appuyer le bouton Associer et acceptez les demandes dautorisation. Une temprature saffiche dans la bannire. Note : associ, Tucky se reconnecte ds quil est porte du signal. Appliquez ladhsif ADH-21 sur Tucky AA

- Enlevez la petite partie du support papier et dcollez ladhsif 7 de la partie restante. Collez-le sur la face avant du Tucky, en recouvrant bien les bords de la sonde, puis, enlevez les deux parties du film transparent. Placez Tucky sous laisselle BB

- Pour placer Tucky, respectez les points suivants :

* le port micro-USB 5 doit tre orient vers le bas, la languette-capuchon 3 ferme et le capteur 1 ct peau,

* Il doit tre positionn le plus haut possible sous laisselle droite. Notes : en cas de pilosit, raser la zone avant application du dispositif. En cas de forte sudation, il est possible damliorer le maintien en ajoutant une bande adhsive simple face par-dessus Tucky.

- Pour une meilleure mesure de la temprature, portez des vtements lgers et attendez environ 15 minutes avec le bras ferm jusqu ce que la temprature se stabilise. Surveillez les donnes o que vous soyez (2 cas dusage)

- A moins de 10 m, utilisez le tlphone / tablette connect au Tucky en Bluetooth. Notes : lors dune perte de connexion Bluetooth, lapplication essaie de se reconnecter automatiquement. Tucky continu denregistrer la temprature (dure maximale de 8 heures), et se synchronise avec lapplication ds que la connexion se rtablit.

- Au-del de 10m, deux tlphones / tablettes connects au mme compte sont ncessaires.

* Le premier, connect au Tucky via Bluetooth, relaie automatiquement les informations via internet sur un hbergeur agr sant (cf Protection des donnes ), les rendant ainsi accessibles dautres appareils.

* Le second affiche les donnes provenant du cloud, sans limite de distance. Une icne nuage dans lapplication lindique. Notes : vrifiez que les alertes fonctionnent et sont audibles en activant test alerte sur lapplication. 10 Il ny a pas de limites quant au nombre de personnes pouvant suivre distance les donnes dun compte. Eteindre Tucky

- Pour teindre Tucky, appuyez sur le bouton Marche Arrt ; la LED sallume 1 fois pendant deux secondes. Autrement, Tucky steint automatiquement 30 minutes aprs avoir t retir. Nettoyage et entretien

- Aprs chaque utilisation, retirez ladhsif et nettoyez Tucky avec un coton imbib dalcool mdical. Nutilisez ni eau, ni produits de nettoyage abrasifs, ni produit vaisselle sur Tucky. Non destin tre strilis.

Este producto est destinado a la monitorizacin continua y ambulatoria, no de emergencia, de la temperatura axilar en pacientes de ms de 29 das de edad. Tucky-21 tambin puede monitorear la posicin de los pacientes mayores de 29 das (sin embargo, esto no es una funcin mdica). *El brazo debe estar cerrado para que evitar que el ambiente perturbe las mediciones. La temperatura normal vara segn el individuo (edad, sexo, tipo, grosor de la piel), la hora del da y los factores externos (tempe-

ratura ambiente, ropa, etc.) [1]. Por lo tanto, es normal notar variaciones de temperatura causadas por los cambios en el ambiente o la posicin de los brazos. En este caso, la tendencia puede interpretarse siguiendo los valores ms altos de las ltimas horas. Se emite una alerta cuando la temperatura supera el valor de temperatura muy alta. - Tucky es una herramienta de medicin pero no es una herramienta de diagnstico y no sustituye la monito-

rizacin de los sntomas o la consulta a un mdico.

- No use este termmetro para interpretar las temperaturas de hipotermia.

- Tucky slo debe aplicarse con el adhesivo de doble cara proporcionado (ADH-21) sobre la piel limpia y sin crema. Son de un solo uso y no son reutilizables. Durante el uso, asegrese de que la sonda permanezca en contacto continuo con la piel.

- En caso de vello axilar, rasurar la zona para maximizar el contacto entre Tucky y la piel.

- En caso de sudor intenso o de uso en actividades deportivas, se puede aadir un adhesivo mdico de una sola cara en la parte superior del dispositivo para mejorar su sujecin. En el sitio web del fabricante hay una lista de adhesivos recomendados.

- No aplique el dispositivo sobre la piel irritada o daada o si se ha detectado en el paciente una alergia a los plsticos (tipo elastmero o silicona) y/o adhesivos.

- El adhesivo debe cambiarse cada 24 horas o con ms frecuencia, dependiendo de la sensibilidad de la piel. Si la piel muestra enrojecimiento, espere a que desaparezca antes de volver a ponerse el producto. Si se pro-

duce irritacin, retire el producto inmediatamente y pida consejo a un profesional de la salud.

- Los adhesivos y las cintas adhesivas Tucky deben utilizarse en condiciones normales de temperatura y humedad (vase Datos tcnicos). De lo contrario, no se puede garantizar la precisin de la medicin.

- El termmetro y los adhesivos deben transportarse, almacenarse y colocarse en lugares secos, lejos de la luz solar directa, el fuego, la contaminacin y dentro de los rangos de temperatura y humedad especificados

- No debe ser sumergido en el agua: saque Tucky antes del bao o la ducha.

- Antes de usar Tucky por primera vez, cargue Tucky con el cable suministrado 6 conectndolo al puerto USB de 5 V de un ordenador hasta que el led se apague (unas 2 horas). La autonoma despus de una carga completa es de 5 das. Instalar la aplicacin y crear una cuenta

- Descargue la aplicacin Tucky de la Apple Store o Google Play Store.

- Cree una cuenta siguiendo las instrucciones, luego cree un perfil por paciente. Nota: Los datos se almacenan en un servidor de datos sanitarios certificado. Asociar Tucky a un perfil de paciente

- En la aplicacin, seleccione un perfil, acrquese al telfono / tableta de Tucky, pulse el botn Asociar y acepte las solicitudes de autorizacin. Aparecer una temperatura en el indicador. Notas: Una vez emparejado, Tucky se reconectar tan pronto como est dentro del rango de la seal. Aplicar el adhesivo ADH-21 en Tucky AA

- Retire la pequea parte del reverso del adhesivo 7 y retire el resto. Pguelo en la parte frontal del Tucky, cubriendo bien los bordes del sensor, y luego retire ambas partes de la pelcula transparente. Colocar Tucky debajo de la axila BB

- Para colocar a Tucky, observe los siguientes puntos:

* El puerto micro-USB 5 hacia abajo, la tapa 3 cerrada y el sensor 1 lado de la piel hacia arriba,

- Para una mejor medicin de la temperatura, use ropa ligera y espere unos 15 minutos con el brazo cerrado hasta que la temperatura se estabilice. Monitorizar los datos dondequiera que est (2 casos de uso)

- Dentro de 10 m, use el telfono / tableta conectado al Tucky a travs de Bluetooth. Nota: Si se pierde la conexin Bluetooth, la aplicacin intentar volver a conectarse automticamente. Tucky seguir registrando la temperatura (durante mximo 8 horas), y se sincronizar con la aplicacin tan pronto como se restablezca la conexin.

- A una distancia superior de 10 m, se requieren dos telfonos / tabletas conectados a la misma cuenta.

* El primero, conectado al Tucky a travs de Bluetooth, transmite automticamente la informacin a travs de 15 Internet a la nube (vase Proteccin de datos), hacindola accesible a otros dispositivos.

* El segundo permite el monitoreo remoto de los datos de la nube. Un icono de una nube lo indica. Notas : Revisa que las alertas funcionan y son audibles activando alerta de prueba en la aplicacin. No hay lmite para el nmero de dispositivos que pueden monitorizar datos a distancia. Apagar a Tucky

- Para apagar a Tucky, presione el botn de encendido / apagado; el led se encender una vez durante dos segundos. De lo contrario, Tucky se apagar automticamente 30 minutos despus de haberlo retirado del cuerpo. Limpieza y mantenimiento

- Despus de cada uso, retire el adhesivo y limpie Tucky con un bastoncillo de algodn empapado en alco-

- Das Produkt nicht auf Haut anwenden, die gereizt oder beschdigt ist oder wenn beim Patienten eine Aller-

gie gegen Kunststoffe (Elastomer- oder Silikontyp) und/oder Klebstoffe festgestellt wurde.

- Der Klebstoff sollte je nach Hautempfindlichkeit alle 24 Stunden oder fter gewechselt werden. Wenn die Haut Rtungen zeigt, warten Sie, bis diese verschwunden sind, bevor Sie das Produkt wieder auftragen. Wenn eine Reizung auftritt, entfernen Sie das Produkt sofort und suchen Sie Rat bei einem Arzt oder einer rztin.

- Erstellen Sie ein Konto, indem Sie den Anweisungen folgen, und erstellen Sie dann ein Profil pro Benutzer. Hinweis: Die Daten werden bei einer zertifizierten Hosting-Firma fr Gesundheitsdaten gespeichert. Tucky mit einem Benutzerprofil verknpfen

- Schalten Sie Tucky ein, indem Sie den Ein/Aus-Knopf 2 drcken; die LED 4 blinkt 2 Sekunden lang (6 Mal).

- Aktivieren Sie in Ihren Telefoneinstellungen die Bluetooth-Funktion. Hinweis: Auf iPhones erscheint Tucky mglicherweise nicht in der Liste der erkannten Bluetooth-Gerte. Aktivieren Sie einfach Bluetooth und verlassen Sie dann Einstellungen bei Ihrem iPhone.

Im Banner wird eine Temperatur angezeigt. Hinweis : Tucky nimmt die Verbindung wieder auf, sobald es sich in Signalreichweite befindet. ADH-21-Klebstoff auf Tucky auftragen AA

- Entfernen Sie den kleinen Teil der Papierunterlage und schlen Sie den Klebstoff 7 von dem verbleibenden Teil ab. Kleben Sie ihn auf die Vorderseite des Tucky, wobei Sie die Rnder der Sonde gut abdecken, und entfernen Sie dann beide Teile der Klarsichtfolie. Tucky unter der Achselhhle platzieren .BB

- Um Tucky v zu platzieren, beachten Sie die folgenden Punkte:

* den Mikro-USB-Anschluss 5 nach unten, die Tab-Kappe 3 geschlossen und den Sensor 1 auf der Hautseite,

- Verwenden Sie im Umkreis von 10 m das ber Bluetooth mit dem Tucky verbundene Gert. Hinweis: Wenn eine Bluetooth-Verbindung verloren geht, versucht die Anwendung, die Verbindung au-

tomatisch wieder herzustellen. Tucky wird weiterhin die Temperatur aufzeichnen (maximale Dauer von 8 Stunden) und sich mit der Anwendung synchronisieren, sobald die Verbindung wieder hergestellt ist.

- Bei einer Distanz von ber 10 m sind zwei Gerte erforderlich, die mit demselben Konto verbunden sind.

*Das erste, das ber Bluetooth mit dem Tucky verbunden ist, leitet Informationen automatisch ber die Cloud (siehe Datenschutz) weiter und macht sie fr andere Gerte zugnglich.

*Die zweite ermglicht die Fernberwachung von Daten aus der Cloud. - Non deve essere immerso in acqua: rimuovere Tucky prima di fare il bagno o la doccia.

- Prima di utilizzare Tucky per la prima volta, caricare Tucky con il cavo 6 in dotazione collegandolo alla porta USB 5 V di un computer fino allo spegnimento del LED (circa 2 ore). Lautonomia dopo una carica completa di 5 giorni. Installare lapplicazione e creare un account

- Scaricate lapplicazione Tucky da Apple Store o da Google Play Store.

- Creare un account seguendo le istruzioni, quindi creare un profilo per ogni utente. Nota: i dati vengono memorizzati su un cloud certificato per la raccolta dei dati sanitari. Associare Tucky ad un profilo utente

- Accendere Tucky premendo il pulsante On/Off 2; il LED 4 lampeggia per 2 secondi (6 volte).

- Nelle impostazioni del telefono, attivare la funzione Bluetooth. Nota: su iPhone, Tucky potrebbe non apparire nellelenco dei dispositivi Bluetooth rilevati. Basta attivare il Bluetooth, quindi uscire dalle impostazioni delliPhone.

- Nellapplicazione, selezionare un profilo, avvicinarsi Tucky al telefono, premere il pulsante Associa e accet-

tare le richieste di autorizzazione. Sulla banda viene visualizzata una temperatura. Nota: una volta associato, Tucky si ricollega appena si trova nel raggio dazione del segnale. Applicare ladesivo ADH-21 su Tucky AA

- Rimuovere parte del supporto in carta e staccare ladesivo 7 dalla parte rimanente. Attaccarlo alla parte anteriore di Tucky, coprendo i bordi della cavit in cui posizionata la sonda, quindi rimuovere entrambe le parti della pellicola trasparente. Posizionare Tucky sotto lascella BB

- Per posizionare Tucky, rispettare quanto segue:

* la porta micro-USB 5 deve essere rivolta verso il basso, la linguetta-cappuccio 3 deve essere chiusa e il sensore 1 deve essere posizionato dalla parte della cute,

* il pi in alto possibile sotto lascella destra (necessario per la funzione di posizione). Nota: in presenza di peli ascellari, rasare la zona prima dellapplicazione dellapparecchio. In caso di forte sudorazione, possibile migliorare ladesione aggiungendo un adesivo su un solo lato di Tucky.

- Per una migliore misurazione della temperatura, indossare indumenti leggeri e attendere circa 15 minuti con il braccio chiuso fino alla completa stabilizzazione della temperatura. Monitoraggio dei dati ovunque (2 casi duso)

- Entro 10 m, utilizzare lapparecchio collegato a Tucky via Bluetooth. Nota: se la connessione Bluetooth viene persa, lapplicazione cerca di ricollegarsi automaticamente. Tucky continuer a registrare la temperatura (per 8 ore al massimo), e si sincronizzer con lapplicazione appena il collegamento viene ristabilito.

- Sopra i 10 m sono necessari due dispositivi collegati allo stesso profilo. 25

* Il primo, collegato a Tucky via Bluetooth, trasmette automaticamente le informazioni via Internet al cloud

(vedere Protezione dei dati), rendendole accessibili ad altri dispositivi.

- Per spegnere Tucky, premere il pulsante On/Off; il LED si accender una volta per due secondi. In caso contrario, Tucky si spegne automaticamente 30 minuti dopo la rimozione. Pulizia e manutenzione

- Antes de utilizar o Tucky pela primeira vez, carregue o Tucky com o cabo 6 fornecido, ligando-o a uma porta USB de 5V de um computador at o LED se apagar (cerca de 2 horas). A autonomia, aps um carregamento completo, de 5 dias. Instalar a aplicao e criar uma conta

- Descarregue a aplicao Tucky a partir da Apple Store ou da Google Play Store.

- Crie uma conta seguindo as instrues e, em seguida, crie um perfil por utilizador. Nota: Os dados so guardados numa nuvem certificada de dados de sade. Associar o Tucky a um perfil de utilizador

- Ligue o Tucky pressionando o boto On/Off 2; o LED 4 ir piscar durante 2 segundos (6 vezes).

- Nas definies do seu telemvel, active a funo Bluetooth. Nota: Nos iPhones, o Tucky pode no aparecer na lista de dispositivos Bluetooth detectados. Basta activar o Bluetooth e, depois, sair das definies do seu iPhone.

- Na aplicao, seleccione um perfil, aproxime o Tucky do telemvel, pressione o boto Associar e aceite os pedidos de autorizao. exibida uma temperatura na aplicao. - Retire a pequena parte da proteco em papel e retire o adesivo 7 da parte restante. Cole-o na parte da frente do Tucky, cobrindo bem os cantos da sonda e, em seguida, retire ambas as partes da pelcula trans-

- Para colocar o Tucky, respeite os seguintes pontos:

- Para uma melhor medio da temperatura, utilize roupas leves e aguarde cerca de 15 minutos com o brao fechado at a temperatura estabilizar. Monitorizar os dados onde quer que esteja (2 casos de utilizao)

- Com uma distncia inferior a 10 m, utilize o dispositivo ligado aplicao Tucky via Bluetooth. Nota: Se a ligao Bluetooth for perdida, a aplicao tenta voltar a ligar-se automaticamente. O Tucky continuar a registar a temperatura (durante, no mximo, 8 horas) e sincronizar-se- com a aplicao 30 assim que a ligao for restabelecida.

- Com uma distncia superior a 10m, so necessrios dois dispositivos ligados mesma conta.

* O primeiro, ligado ao Tucky via Bluetooth, retransmite automaticamente as informaes via Internet nuvem (ver Proteco de dados), disponibilizando-as a outros dispositivos.

33 WAARSCHUWINGEN EN VOORZORGSMAATREGELEN VOOR GEBRUIK Lees deze gebruiksaanwijzing zorgvuldig en volledig door voordat u het product in gebruik neemt, om er zeker van te zijn dat de informatie die u ontvangt betrouwbaar is.

- Tucky is een meetinstrument, maar is geen diagnostisch hulpmiddel en is geen vervanging voor het monito-

ren van symptomen of het raadplegen van een arts.

- Gebruik deze thermometer niet om onderkoelingstemperaturen te interpreteren.

- Tucky mag alleen worden aangebracht met de meegeleverde dubbelzijdige kleefband (ADH-21) op een schone, crmevrije huid. Het hulpmiddel is bestemd voor eenmalig gebruik en kan niet worden herplaatst. Zorg er tijdens het gebruik voor dat de sonde continu in contact blijft met de huid.

- In het geval van okselbeharing, scheer het gebied om de ondersteuning te verbeteren.

- In geval van hevig zweten of gebruik tijdens sportactiviteiten kan een enkelzijdige medische kleefband over het apparaat worden aangebracht om de fixatie te verbeteren. Een lijst met aanbevolen kleefbanden is beschikbaar op de website van de fabrikant.

- Breng het hulpmiddel niet aan op een gerriteerde of beschadigde huid of als er een allergie voor kunststof-

fen (type elastomeer of siliconen) en/of kleefstoffen bij de patint is geconstateerd.

- De kleefband moet elke 24 uur of vaker worden vervangen, afhankelijk van de gevoeligheid van de huid. Als de huid roodheid vertoont, wacht dan tot deze verdwijnt voordat u het product weer aanbrengt. Als er irritatie optreedt, dient u het product onmiddellijk te verwijderen en vraagt u advies aan een gezondheidsprofessional.

-Tucky en kleefbanden moeten worden gebruikt onder normale omstandigheden van temperatuur en vochti-

gheid (zie Technische gegevens). Anders kan de nauwkeurigheid van de meting niet worden gegarandeerd.

- De thermometer en de kleefbanden moeten worden getransporteerd, opgeslagen en georganiseerd op een droge plaats, uit de buurt van direct zonlicht, vuur, vervuiling en binnen het gespecificeerde temperatuur- en vochtigheidsbereik (zie Technische gegevens).

- Het product mag niet worden ondergedompeld in water: verwijder Tucky voor het baden of douchen.

- Het product is ontworpen om de kromming van het lichaam te volgen. Draai het product niet met de hand of open, repareer of wijzig het niet. Niet gebruiken als het product beschadigd is.

- Gebruik Tucky niet in de buurt van apparaten die sterke golven uitzenden (MRI, scanners, draagbare of mobiele RF-communicatieapparatuur) die de werking ervan kunnen verstoren (zie Electromag. testen).

- Het apparaat mag niet worden gedragen tijdens het opladen. De functies ervan worden dan gedeactiveerd.

- Voordat u Tucky gebruikt, controleert u de tijd op uw telefoon, aangezien de applicatie hierop gebaseerd is.

- Zorg ervoor dat uw smartphone of tablet genoeg geheugen heeft om gegevens op te slaan.

- De telefoon die met Tucky is gekoppeld via Bluetooth moet binnen het signaalbereik blijven om informatie te kunnen ontvangen (zie Monitorgegevens, waar u ook bent).

- Voordat u Tucky voor het eerst gebruikt, laadt u Tucky op met de meegeleverde kabel 6 door deze aan te sluiten op de 5V USB-poort van een computer totdat de LED uitgaat (ongeveer 2 uur). De autonomie na volledig opladen is 5 dagen. De applicatie installeren en een account aanmaken

- Download de applicatie Tucky in de Apple Store of Google Play Store.

- Maak een account aan door de instructies te volgen en maak vervolgens een profiel aan per gebruiker. Opmerking: de gegevens worden opgeslagen op een gecertificeerde cloud voor gezondheidsgegevens. Tucky koppelen aan een gebruikersprofiel

- Zet Tucky aan door op de Aan/Uit-knop 2 te drukken; de LED 4 zal gedurende 2 seconden knipperen.

- Activeer in de Bluetooth-functie in uw telefooninstellingen. Opmerking: op iPhones verschijnt Tucky mogelijk niet in de lijst met gedetecteerde Bluetooth- appara-

ten. Schakel eenvoudigweg Bluetooth in en sluit vervolgens de instellingen van uw iPhone af.

- In de toepassing selecteert u een profiel, maakt u verbinding met de telefoon van Tucky, drukt u op de knop Associate (Koppelen) en accepteert u autorisatieverzoeken. In de banner wordt een temperatuur weergegeven. Opmerkingen: zodra de koppeling tot stand is gebracht, maakt Tucky weer verbinding zodra deze binnen het signaalbereik is. - Verwijder het kleine deel van de papieren achterkant en verwijder de kleefband 7 van het resterende deel. Plak dit aan de voorkant van de Tucky en bedek de randen van de sonde goed. Verwijder vervolgens beide delen van de heldere folie. Tucky onder de oksel plaatsen BB

- Om Tucky te plaatsen, moet u de volgende punten in acht nemen:

* de micro-USB-poort 5 naar beneden gericht, de strip-kap 3 gesloten en de sensor 1 gericht op de huid,

* zo hoog mogelijk onder de rechteroksel (noodzakelijk voor de positiefunctie). Opmerkingen: bij aanwezigheid van okselhaar, scheert u het gebied alvorens het apparaat aan te bren-

gen. In het geval van hevige transpiratie, is het mogelijk om de fixatie van Tucky te verbeteren door een enkelzijdige plakstrip over Tucky aan te brengen.

- Voor een betere temperatuurmeting draagt u lichte kleding en wacht u ongeveer 15 minuten met gesloten arm tot de temperatuur stabiliseert. De gegevens controleren waar u zich ook bevindt (2 use cases)

- Gebruik binnen 10 m het apparaat dat via Bluetooth met de Tucky is verbonden. Opmerking: als een Bluetooth-verbinding wordt verbroken, probeert de applicatie automatisch opnieuw verbinding te maken. Tucky zal de temperatuur blijven registreren (gedurende maximaal 8 uur) en synchroniseren met de applicatie zodra de verbinding weer tot stand komt.

- Bij een afstand van meer dan 10 m zijn twee apparaten nodig die met hetzelfde account zijn verbonden.

* Het eerste apparaat, dat via Bluetooth met de Tucky is verbonden, geeft automatisch informatie door via 35 internet naar de cloud (zie Gegevensbescherming), waardoor deze toegankelijk is voor andere apparaten.

* Het tweede apparaat maakt het mogelijk om gegevens in de cloud op afstand te monitoren. Dit wordt aangegeven door een cloud-pictogram. Controleer of de waarschuwingen werken en hoorbaar zijn door het activeren van test alert op de applicatie. Er is geen limiet aan het aantal apparaten dat gegevens op afstand kan monitoren. - Om Tucky uit te schakelen, drukt u op de Aan/Uit-knop; de LED zal n keer gedurende twee seconden oplichten. Anders schakelt Tucky 30 minuten na verwijdering van het lichaam automatisch uit. Reiniging en onderhoud
