~ One OV battery for transmitter.
~ 4AA" Size 1.5V batteries for Speed Boat. Note: For the best performance and longer play time, alkaline batteries are recommended. Batteries are not included in this package. BATTERY INSTALLATION
() Transmitter 1. Set the ON/OFF switch to OFF, 2. Press and pull the battery compartment cover in the direction of the arrow to remove it. 3, Put the "9V" battery in the compartment according to the polarity symbols (+ and - ) marked inside. 4. Replace the battery compartment cover.
(i) Speed Boat 1. Press the ON/OFF switch on the Speed Boat to OFF". 2. Use a Philip screwdriver (not included) to unscrew the battery door and remove the door to open. 3. Install the batteries in the compartment as indicated by the polarity symbols (+ and -}
marked inside. 4. Replace the battery door and screw the battery door to close. HOW TO OPERATE 1. Set the ON/OFF switch on the transmitter to
"ON". 2. Press the ON/OFF switch on the Speed Boat to "ON". 3. Use the transmitter's levers to control the movement and direction of the Speed Boat. Left Control Lever
~ Push forward to move forward.
~ Release to stop. Right Control Lever (used together with the Left Control Lever}
~ Push left to turn jeff.
~ Push right to turn right.
~ Release to go straight. HELPFUL HINTS
~ 2 Speed Boats can run together or race only in different frequencies.
~ lf your Speed Boat moves slowly or does not move at all, replace the batteries with fresh ones.
~ Do not mix old and new batteries.
~ Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc), or rechargeable Ni-Cd batteries.

~ If the motor runs but the Speed Boat does not respond to the coniroller, replace the controller's 9V battery.
~ After use, take the Speed Boat out of water and press the ON/OFF switch fo OFF.
~ Put the Speed Boat in upright position to drain water from the hull (figure Il).
~ Dry the Speed Boat thoroughly before storing it. Leave the Speed Boat's battery compartment cover open while it is in storage to allow moisture to evaporate.
~ If you're not planning to play with the Speed Boat for a few days, remove the batteries. Never leave weak or dead batteries in the boat orfand controller, as they may leak damaging chemicals,
