How to operate the Remote control 6.1. Startup picture When users slide up the ON in the upper left corner of remote control, the remote control shows normal startup state and company logo. The picture will automatically enter Address List after startup picture lasts 2 s. 6.2. Address List 6.2.1Introduction:
Address list includes the addresses of n (n<127) level meters available to users. If the content cannot be displayed in one screen, users can read all by sliding the screen up/down. 6.2.2 Select address When users click the address No. of a level meter with stylus, the address No. will be shown in black, thus the selection of level meter is completed. 6.2.3 Cancel selection 8 ECRYSTAL When users click another address, the address in black will be replaced by the address clicked. 6.2.4 Establish communication When users click the address having been selected once again, the measurement data reading interface of the level meter will be shown: it shows all measurement parameters of the level meter. When remote control fails to contact with level meter and gives it up, the remote control keeps Address List and shows Connect failed! The address with Connect failed will be shown in red. 6.2.5 Multi-screen display When users touch or press Right Arrow
, the data interface of all level meters having been connected and Address List will be shown in cycle. The address No. previously connected will be shown in green background, (for example: if and the level meter previously connected is No. 0001 and when users can click Address List is re-shown, 0001 will be shown in green background). At the moment, users can click another address No. to contact with level meter. And the data reading information of the level meter will be shown. Five times of operation as such are 9 ECRYSTAL allowed. After 5 times of operation, when users try to click a new address No. and get contacted, Connect disabled in red will be shown in the lower left corner of screen. Under multi-screen display, when users click Left Arrow or press Left Arrow on remote control, the remote control will communicate with the level meter previously connected successfully and the data obtained in communication will appear on the screen. Multiple clicks to Left Arrow can realize cycling display of multi-level meter interface and the address Nos. of the level meters having been connected are shown in green background. On Address List, users can click Right/Left Arrow above to communicate with the level meter previously contacted successfully or communicate with a new level meter by clicking a new address No. When users click the address No. in green background, remote control will automatically communicate with the corresponding level meter, show the level meter interface, and the data obtained in communication will be shown on the screen. , remote control will communicate with the level meter previously connected successfully and the data obtained in communication will be shown on the screen. Multiple clicks of can make remote control communicate in order with the level meters previously connected, and the data obtained in communication will be shown on screen. If the level meter information being shown is about the last level meter previously connected, address list will appear subsequently (the address No. previously connected successfully will be shown in green background). When users click right/left arrow above or press Right/Left Arrow in the bottom of remote control, remote control will communicate with the level meter previously connected successfully or communicate with a new level meter by clicking a new address No. 10 ECRYSTAL When users click the address No. in green background, remote control will automatically communicate with corresponding level meter, show the level meter interface, and the data obtained in communication will be shown on the screen. Arrow navigation: on multi-screen display, right/left arrow has many functions. For convenience, explanatory note is provided below arrows for navigation. Key on remote control to break the connection with current level meter and return to Address List (as is shown in the 12 ECRYSTAL following picture), and the address No. of the level meter whose connection has been broke is shown in reverse form (black background), and the address No. of level meter still connected is shown in reverse form (green background). Users can clear the reverse form of the address No. (black background) by clicking Clear. 6.2.7 Setup On Parameters Setting interface, users can enter the Setup interface of the level meter being connected by clicking Set or pressing Set 6.3 Parameter Setting Interface

When users click Set or press Set on the measurement parameters display interface and enter the parameter setting interface of the level meter being connected, or on keyboard to return to the parameter reading Users can click Return interface of the level meter. +switch) Chose the Function Software upgrade Software download Software version EXIT 6.4.1 Software Upgrade interface When users double-click Software Upgrade option to enter software upgrade 6.4.2 Level meter software upgrade When users click Sensor software Upgrade, Address List will appear for users 14 ECRYSTAL selection, and when users double-click one address No., the software upgrade interface of the corresponding level meter will be shown (as is shown in the following diagram). If remote control has the program of the level meter to be upgraded, Pleasewait programming...... will be shown in remote control till upgrading finishes. If upgrading is completed, Upgrade OK will appear. If upgrading fails, Upgrade Error will appear. 6.4.3 Remote control software upgrade When users click remote control software upgrade and if there have stored software to be upgrade for remote control in flash, it will upgrade. When upgrade is completed, remote control will reset itself. 6.4.4 Upgrading of address list of remote control Upgrading of the current address list is not operated on the interface but Software Download introduced in Section 5.2. 6.4.5 Software Download When users double-click software download, connect to computer hint window will appear on the interface. Then, users can download remote control software, level meter software or address list to remote control through upper computer software. When download is completed, remote control will show Download Complete Reset CPU. 6.4.6 Software Version When users click software version, remote control will show software versions of the remote control being used and the one to be upgraded. 15 ECRYSTAL 6.4.7 EXIT When users want to exit from software upgrade interface, they can double-click EXIT and remote control will restart, showing Address List for users to click and connect address No. with corresponding level meter.
