Charge the amplifier
Battery level: The red light will flash rapidly along with prompt tone when the amplifier is at low
battery level.
Charging: Insert the USB charging cable into the charging port (DC IN) for charging, and the red light
will be steady lit during the charging.
Charging completed: The red light will turn off, please unplug the adapter and charging cable.
Note: Charging this product outdoor or at high temperature may be disabled for charging protection.
Therefore, please charge it indoor or at room temperature.
Turn on/off
"OFF" direction: turn off; "ON" direction: turn on;
Volume level will be increased when rotating toward the "ON" direction, and will be decreased when
rotating toward the "OFF" direction.
Sound amplification mode
Preparations for amplification:
1. Wired microphone: insert the microphone
into the "MIC" port (Figure 1)

How to operate the microphone:
When wearing the microphone, please align its front side with mouth to speak, and the voice will be
loud and clear without whistling sound. When speaking, wrap the microphone with black cotton to
filter other interfering sounds. If does not speaker toward the front side of the microphone, the voice
may be small or whistling sound may occur, etc.
If amplifies sound while playing music, press and hold the "
Microphone Priority function.
Note: Microphone Priority enabled: background music will pause when speaking;
Microphone Priority disabled: background music will still play when speaking;

Insert an audio cable into the "AUX" port, press the "
to switch to AUX mode, and the green light will be lit along
with prompt tone.
microSD card/USB flash disk mode:
Insert a microSD card or an USB flash disk into the
corresponding slot, the purple light will be lit along with prompt
tone, and the amplifier will auto-play MP3 file in it. In other
modes, press the "
" button to switch to microSD card/USB
flash disk mode.
When playing in microSD card/USB flash disk mode, press and
hold the "
" button to rewind/fast-forward; press and
hold the "
" button to switch to single loop/full loop.

" button to switch to Bluetooth mode, and the blue light will be lit along with a
Bluetooth mode:

Bluetooth connection:
For initial connection or there is no Bluetooth device connected, the blue light will flash and the
amplifier is waiting for connection;
Set your Bluetooth device (mobile phone, tablet, etc.) to search for and connect to "EDIFIER
MF5P", after pairing is successful, the blue light will be steady lit.
Disconnect Bluetooth:
To disconnect Bluetooth and enter pairing state, press and hold the "
" button in Bluetooth mode.
Recording mode
Preparations for recording of wired microphone:
1. Insert the microphone into the "MIC" port;
2. Insert a microSD card or an USB flash disk into the corresponding slot
(recording files will be saved in MP3 format);
3. Switch to AUX mode or Bluetooth mode.

Troubleshooting
No sound from the amplifier

Ensure the amplifier is ON.
Ensure the audio cables are firmly connected and the input is set correctly on the amplifier.
Ensure signal output from the audio source is normal.
Try to turn up the volume of the amplifier or audio source.
Turn the amplifier off and restart it.
Cannot read files in USB flash disk/microSD card

Ensure USB flash disk/microSD card is correctly inserted into the slot.
Ensure audio file in the USB flash disk/microSD card is acceptable.
File system supported: FAT16/FAT32; The maximum capacity supported: 64GB;
Music format supported: MP3/WMA/WAV; The highest sampling rate supported: 48KHz;
