Disconnecttheoutdoorimageunitfromtheindoormainunitandremove theindoormainunitantennaandpowercablebeforeoutdoorinstallation. 1. Establishthebestrespectivelocationsforthecamerasoutdoorand indoormainunit. Itisrecommendedthatthelocationoftheoutdoorimageunitisalsothe pointwherethecablewillenterproperty,sothatthecablecanbe coveredbytheoutdoorimageunit. 2. Usetheincludedwalltemplatetodrillholesofsufficientdiameterinyour exteriorwalltoenabletheoutdoorimageunittobesecurelyscrewedinto place. Apowerdrillwithmasonrybitisrecommended. 28 3. Youcanaccessthewebbasedmanagementinterfacewithawebbrowseron asmartphoneorcomputer.Forsmartphoneusers,theappearanceofthe interfacewillvaryslightlytothatwhichisdisplayedhere,thoughthemenu functionswhicharedescribedlaterfromIV1.Basiconwardsareessentially thesame. 1.
