ConvergenceOne allows you to share multimedia contents on various digital devices via a wireless network. You may share and control devices and content without constraints to time and space through the "ConvergenceOne" feature between the TV, PC or smart pads that are connected via various network systems
(DLNA, UPnP, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth). You need to connect to Wi-Fi to use Convergen-
ceOne. Devices to share Wi-Fi need to use the same AP (Access Point). If devices use different AP's, then they may not be detected. When using the device in conjunction with a TV, check if the TV supports DLNA (Digital Living Network Alliance). Please refer to the product user's manual for the network settings on the TV. If multiple devices are connected to the same router or if other devices take a lot of network bandwidths, HD videos may not properly play. If a rewall such as anti-virus program is activated, the PC you want to connect may not be detected. Please refer to the 'Wireless & Networks' section in order to set up the Wi-Fi for IDENTITY pad. This occurs when you watch the same screen for an extended period of time. Have you played games for an extended period of time?
Have you used the 4:3 screen for an extended period of time?
When border lines on the left and right as well as at the top and bottom of the screen are xed, or when the amount of penetrated light is different, border lines appear on the screen if you have it on for an extended period of time. The screen does not look clear. The screen does not look clear under direct sunlight. The power is off. The battery does not charge. IDENTITY CRON generates heat. The screen is not displayed after connecting the product with an external device. The power switch is not on. The battery is completely discharged. The charger is not connected to the device. Since using IDENTITY CRON requires a lot of current, it may generate heat when you use the phone, play games or use internet for an extended period of time. This may occur when IDENTITY CRON cannot be connected with the external device or is improperly connected. Installation and Connection The xed screen may cause a permanent damage to the touchscreen. If a paused screen continues to be displayed when playing a game, afterimages may appear. The xed screen may cause permanent damage to the pad screen. Failure from the aforementioned is not covered by warranty. Use your device in a shaded area or in an area with sufcient light for reading. Press the power switch to turn on the device. Menu The menu is not selected. The menu is gray (inactive). The product makes clicking noise. This may happen due to the mechanical contraction or expansion of the exterior. IDENTITY CRON is dirty. Foreign substances got on IDENTITY CRON. Other Data saved on IDENTITY CRON have been deleted. The battery usage time
(standby time) differs from the User Manual. If data were damaged by initialization or failure of the device, it cannot be recovered unless you have backup data. When you leave the charged battery at a low or high temperature, its usage time shortens. When using additional features such as entering text, playing games or using the Internet, the battery consumption increases. The battery is a consumable part for which the life span slowly shortens. Menus vary depending on the model. Check the model when checking the feature. The clicking noise occurs when the product contracts or expands due to heat, which is not a failure of the product and you may continue to use the product. IDENTITY CRON may be damaged if you wipe it with alcohol, benzene or a synthetic detergent. Clean your IDENTITY CRON with a pencil eraser or a soft cloth. Ensure that you backup the data on a safe external device at all times. Use IDENTITY CRON at room temperature. End programs when you are not using IDENTITY CRON. When Bluetooth, Wi-Fi or GPS is not in use, turn off the feature. Appendix 77
