Environet does not support 5G network. Check the Wi-Fi that your phone connects to. If it is a 5G Wi-Fi, change it to a 2.4G Wi-Fi. 2. Make sure the password to the Wi-Fi is correct. 3. After you provide the correct Wi-Fi password, do not click the Conrm button until the blue indicator light (the middle light) on the device ashes. 4. Left light (Watering status) When the sprinkler controller is running a watering schedule, the indicator light will light up steadily. When it is not watering, the indicator light will go out. Middle light (Wi-Fi status) When the controller attempts to connect to the Wi-Fi network, the indicator light will start to ash. After Wi-Fi connection is established, the indicator will light up steadily. Right light (Power status) After the controller is powered on, the indicator light will light up steadily. My controller is offline Check your Wi-Fi network properly?
Reset router Check your local network. Are other connected devices working Make sure that your router is not malfunctioning. Restart the controller back in. Power cycle the controller. Simply unplug the device and plug it My watering task is not running Check your wires Please check whether the common terminal is connected correctly. Check zone wiring. Make sure the wiring matches the wiring of the old controller.
