Please noted always match the mouses arrow with unlock arrow and then turn it right when you are locking them.(Please see figure 1) Figure 1 SYSTEMS REQUIRED UP Windows Me BATTERY INSTALLATION 1 Unlock the Mouse and Hubs with receiver 2 Open the battery door on the bottom of mouse, Insert 2 pieces of AAA battery, please follow the polarity indicated inside the battery compartment, and the cover it back. OPERATION DESCRIPTION 1 Plug the Hubs/Receiver with the USB port of computer, then press the button to turn the receiver ON, the light will be illuminated and blink. 2 Push the switch of the mouse to ON to turn on the mouse, the light illumineted. Then press the ID button to start the connection. (Remember always put the mouse near the receiver) 3 After a few seconds when the light of receiver is OFF, try to move the mouse to check its work well or not. Also please follow above proceeding to try it again if mouse does not work well. TROUBLESHOOTING If your Mouse does not work, it is important to determine whether the problem is the mouse or the computer. Always try the mouse on another computer before concluding that the mouse is defective. Mouse Not Detected Make sure your computer ports are properly set up (for example, not disabled). Check with your computer system dealer or manufacturer if you need help. Make sure you do not have any conflicts among devices connected to and/or software installed on your computer. Check with your computer system dealer or manufacturer and/or software vendor if you need help. Cursor Does Not Move At All The mouse may not have been detected by your computer. The optical sensor may be blocked. You may be using the mouse on an incompatible surface. Make sure you are not using your mouse on a transparent surface like glass or a reflective surface like a mirror; on a rough or porous surface that is not smooth; or on a surface with complex graphic and color patterns. Cursor Jumps or Sticks Dust, dirt, or crumbs may be lodged on the edge of the optical sensor opening on the bottom of the mouse. Simply gently blow or brush the obstructing material away with a soft cloth. However, do not insert any objects through the opening. Mouse Sometimes Works and Sometimes Does Not Your computers power management and/or sleep settings may be affecting the way the mouse works.
