Ericsson AB requests a Class 2 Permissive Change for the above-mentioned FCC Identifier. No hardware changes have been made to the product. The reason for this request is to introduce the use of NR in the B13 approval of this product. This is done by a software change. This Radio Unit (LPRU 4410 B5B13) is designed for use in LTE and NR cellular telephone system. The FDD transmitter and receiver will transmit from 869-894 MHz and 746-756 MHz. It supports channel bandwidths of 10 MHz for LTE. It also supports channel bandwidths of 20 MHz for NR in B5 and 10 MHz in B13. The Radio Unit supports modulation types QPSK, 16QAM, 64QAM and 256QAM. The Radio Unit operates in the Cellular Radiotelephone Service as per 47 CFR Part 22 and the746-758 MHz band as per 47 CFR Part 27. It meets the requirements of Third Generation Partnership Project (3GPP) for operation in LTE and NR cellular systems. The LPRU 4410 B5B13 product will only be installed with its RF output ports connected to Active Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS). Our product will not be directly connected to antennas. The Radio Unit will in normal mode operate at a nominal power output of 50 mW per port at the output connectors (8 connectors with up to 50 mW in each port). This Radio Unit (LPRU 4410 B5B13) will always require a license for transmission. The Exhibit 8 user manuals submitted with this application are generic and may cover multiple products. This application is only valid for the model specified in the Exhibit 12 circuit description. Ericsson AB requests confidentiality under CFR 0.459 according to attached letter. in this market is very intense and therefore the necessity for confidentiality is essential to protect Ericsson IP

and trade secrets.

Ericsson AB / Ericsson Canada confidential exhibits / documentation contains Ericsson company proprietary

information (or that of our suppliers and contractors), in addition to trade secrets and proprietary information

that are not intended for public disclosure. The confidential exhibits in this application are provided exclusively

for the radio authorization submission and approval process and therefore need to be protected from public
