Ericsson AB requests a Class II Permissive Change for the above mentioned FCC Identifier to support additional NR BW of 10, 15MHz. The radio operates in the Cellular band as per 47 CFR Part 27. This radio (Radio/AIR 4435 B41) is designed for use in SR & MR LTE and NR cellular telephone system. This TDD radio operates in Band 41. The transmitter and receiver operate from 2496 to 2690 MHz. It supports channel bandwidths of 10, 15, 20 MHz for LTE and 10, 15, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, 100 MHz for NR. The radio supports modulation types of QPSK, 16QAM, 64QAM and 256 QAM for LTE and NR. The radio has the ability to be used in an RBS system configured for 3GPP MIMO and carrier aggregation technologies. This radio will in normal mode operates at a nominal power out of 20 watts at each of the output connector

(4 connectors). This radio will always require a license for transmission. This application is only valid for the model specified in the Exhibit 12 circuit description.
